Summary: Unbelievable Sound!!!
Review: First Contact is the only DVD that I have seen that fully utilizes Dolby Digital 5.1. The sound is incredible. A must buy.

Summary: Excellent.
Review: I've read the other reviews from other who have purchased this DVD, and I think overall the operative phrase is: "Suspend your belief for a few hours and enjoy the film." Going to the movies, in general, is to get out of reality for a little while and to be first and formost entertained. If you can leave the theater inspired, then you received an extra added and possibly an unexpected bonus. Until Insurrection, this was my favorite of all the previous installments of Star Trek. True, I believe there were a couple of duds, but for the most part the film makers have stayed true to the genre. First contact has everything that that makes Star Trek, Star Trek. A plausible story line (granted the technology is impossible, but isn't most sci-fi?), action, suspense, appropriate comedy, and of course the special effects to make everthing believable. Star Trek fans will not be disappointed. I purchased the video in VHS format, but still purchased it in DVD after I acquired a DVD-rom. The DVD format has alot of bonuses that the other formats do not have, making this Star Trek on DVD a treat to own.

Summary: THE BEST TREK MOVIE EVER!!!!
Review: This the first movie with out any of The original series members. All I have to say is ADIOS!! What can i say i loved this movie. It is sci fi at its best. TNG crew is a worthy sucesor of the tv show as well as the movies. This movie has intense scenes. Patrick Stewart and Brent Spiner did remarkable acting as always. Really recommend this film!!

Summary: Best TNG Movie
Review: The other day I saw the new "Insurrection" movie. I was a little dissapointed. This still remains the best TNG film. It's an action packed ride with lots of twists and turns. I'd surely recommend this to non Trek fans. I give it four stars, because it's not as good as "The Voyage Home" or "Wrath Of Khan".

Summary: Great Movie, Great DVD !!!
Review: What can I say that hasn't been said, great movie. Too bad Paramount took another direction with "Insurrection" - a disappointing follow up to this film. I look forward to seeing the Borg return to the big screen in a future film, maybe the next one huh guys and gals. What do you think?

Summary: Great overall, too fast-paced at the beginning.
Review: "The Best Of Both Worlds" was by far the most captivating of all the TV episodes, so naturally I couldn't wait to see this movie and I did so immediately. I got what I expected - an engaging battle scene with amazing visual effects, but I was very disappointed when it was over almost immediately after it began. It seemed as though the movie wanted to jump to the missile complex in Montana right away, ignoring the plausability of how they got there. The movie was also wrapped up too quickly, with too little explanation of how the time-travelling worked; if it was so easy to time-travel, then why didn't they just go back and prevent the Borg from ever going back in the first place? This movie should have been slowed down to better appreciate the drama of such a catastrophic event and to lend the usual high level of scientific credibility Star Trek is known for.

Summary: The best of the New Star Trek Cast members
Review: The Borg is the best type of enemy to go against the new Star Trek cast. I thoroughly enjoyed this movie. It's too bad they didn't utilize Dr. Crusher and Deanna Troi as much.

Summary: Another successful addition to the highly growing STuniverse
Review: This movie continues the well known traditional excitement that exists in the movie's of the Star Trek universe. Although one can be skeptical about having a new crew and enterprise in the movie it still does not lose its magical touch. In fact it only makes it more exciting to see new actors unfold with their talents. Patrick Stewart is to be mentioned with high respect, his performance is exceptional as Captain Picard, he performs as a Loyal, very strict Starship Captain and he does it well. Overall, this movie highly contributes to the Franchise and will help keep the Star Trek universe growing.

Summary: The Best Star Trek Flick Ever
Review: It is the best star trek flick ever, the direction on Johnathan Frankes is the best thing that ever happened to the cast. Picard gave a commanding performance, it was great to see him the captain's chair again. You must see this flick.
