Review: Harry Potter and The Sorcerers Stone is as I would say it the greatest movie of all time! With all the special features the DVD is great too. After seeing the movie 4 times in theatres I definately will love to have it for home viewing!

Review: I absolutely loved this book and I thought for sure when we took our boys to see the movie, we'd be a little disappointed. To Our surprise...we really loved it! It is definately worth buying and keeping on hand for the kids on a rainy day. I'd watch it again as well!!

Review: Alright, i'm a huge fan of harry potter and i also love films. this movie was just awful. there are tons of mistakes, the effects look waaaay too computer generated, the acting is very subpar (except for dumbledore and snape) and it is just way too long without keeping you entertained, unless you are 9.

Review: they could not put everything or it would be way to long. they left out peeves.but that doesn't mean that you shouldn't see the movie or get the dvd.it was a great movie and i felt like seeing it again.i recommend it to anyone who likes a action-packed,sligtly scary,funny movie.

Review: I am a big fan of Harry Potter books. I read them at least 4 times ( each book). I was very disapponted when I watched the movie. It didnt have the same magic as the book. First of all the important events were not in the movie. They made mistakes while transferring the scenes from the book to the movie. I went to see it with my friend who also is a big fan and she also didnt like the movie. The book is for evryone for all ages but the movie is just for kids. I can recommened the movie if you didnt read the book but if you know the book you will not like the movie.

Review: The Harry Potter books are wonderful. I like action and adventure books and Harry Potter is sure that kind of a book. J. K. Rowling did a great job on books 1-4. The author put in a lot of fanasty into books 1-3. I must say that in book 3 was really great because, that's when Harry finds out that he has a godfather and Hagrid had a hippogriff named Buckbeak, who is a half eagle and half horse. Review: One of the best family movies to come out in recent times. There is something in this movie for children and adults alike. The content kept true to the book and the special effects were amazing only adding to the movie not overshadowing it. After seeing the movie, reading the book was even more enjoyable because faces and the events could be put to the words. This movie has already become a classic.

Review: I am definatley going to buy this on DVD. I saw it twice in the theatres and it is very true to the books. Hermione's potion logic got taken out of the end which i didn't like, but everything else was good! the characters were very well cast (hagrid is sooo good! hermione is so annoying in the beginning you wanna smack her.) the quiddich game was terrific and, just a little 15-year-old-ness here, but Oliver Wood's accent is great! Good book, good movie. great for parents and kids and everyone! my brother hasn't read the books and enjoyed the movie.

Review: Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone is about a kid that discovers he has magical powers. He is given an opportunity to go to a school where he can train his powers and make new friends. Harry encounters many perils along the way and must defeat them with his new friends and his magical powers. From dragon eggs to flying brooms this is a very exiting movie. The DVD can only make it better. This is a great movie for all ages. DEFINENTLY RECCOMENDED!
