Rating: Summary: A much needed accurate critique of the political machine!!! Review: Here, Warren Beaty is at his best. Those who say it has no plot, obviously missed something in their political philosophy classes. It is a deep critique of the capitalist economic system that drives our political world and has an adverse effect on poverty and racism in the US. This work is a classic and a much needed film that has no parallel in movie history. I see this movie as the best political film ever. A must see for everyone.
Rating: Summary: What an Ending Review: This movie has the most different ending. I loved this movie
Rating: Summary: A powerful message clad in comedy Review: The best I have seen on the American film horizon. It figures that this movie did not make it to the big time. I suppose it takes some cleverness to understand. so mainstream - dont bother watching it.
Rating: Summary: When the truth hits hard, it's funny and poignant Review: When Sen. Bulworth (Warren Beatty) discovers by accident that the truth has more political clout than his fabricated re-election campaign, the story becomes hillarious. Halle Berry is the inner city counterpoint to the senator's beltway stuffed shirt. The ending is weak, expecting us to believe that the couple of Beatty and Berry go marching off into the romantic sunset. But the rest of the movie uses humor to provoke thought on issues of great importance to our society.
Rating: Summary: Bulworth commentary Review: What can I tell you about it? You have to check it out! That's it
Rating: Summary: BEST MOVIE IVE SEEN IN THE PAST 5 YEARS Review: I saw this movie first expecting to chuckle once in a while (to tell the truth, Beatty isn't a real great actor), But in the end I couldn't stop laughing for at least an hour. It was funny and VERY creative. The rap lyrics were better than the ones the the real rappers think up. Rap on Bulworth!
Rating: Summary: A great movie Review: This is a very funny movie. The funniest movie ever on campaign finance reform. A must see. Beattie is brilliant. I got smarter jsut from watching it. Get the soundtrack, too.
Rating: Summary: best movie Beatty has ever done Review: Warren Beatty was absolutely hilarious. Maybe the story wasn't the best but when I watch a movie it isn't to dissect and destroy. I wanna relax, laugh, and enjoy myself for two hours. And Bullworth does just that. So funny you really don't get a chance to look for a plot. Come on a white man rapping at a political party is very rare.lol
Rating: Summary: PEE YOU PANTS FUNNY! Review: FROM BEGINING TO END, THAT FUNNIEST MOVIE I SAW IN 1998. ACTING WAS OK, PLOT WAS THERE, BUT HUMOR WAS OUT OF THIS WORLD
Rating: Summary: Political crap Review: The worst movie ever. Warren Beatty looks clammy and old. Halle Berry is hot, but her acting is worse than Jean-Claude Van Damme's. I didn't understand the plot, if there was one. The worst part of the evening was that my popcorn didn't have enough butter on it, and my Coke was flat, just like the ending.
