Description:

The RCA RTD750 Home Theater Music Jukebox offers a single device that lets you store, manage, and convert your music collection. The unit is an amplified DVD home theatre system with a 20 GB hard drive that can store an entire CD library of up to 350 hours of content. It also integrates AM/FM radio with high-quality Internet radio and enables you to transfer digital music to portable MP3 players.

The 20 GB hard drive can digitally store up to 400 CDs, or about 4,000 songs. You can easily convert your CDs into MP3 files by simply pressing the record button. Using a graphical onscreen display, you can easily create personalized playlists and organize tracks by different categories such as artist or music genre--all from the comfort of your couch. This unit can record CDs at 4x speed--which means a 60-minute CD can be recorded in just 15 minutes--with sampling rates ranging from 96 to 320 kbps. It's compatible with CD-R and CD-RW discs.

The RCA Home Theatre Music Jukebox is the first home theatre system that enables transfer of digital music to an RCA flash-memory portable digital audio device without the use of a PC. Through a USB connection to a portable RCA MP3 player, you can take your digital playlists on the go.

You can also listen to local and Internet radio. Local AM/FM Stereo information (with call letters, broadcast location and genre) can be displayed on the on-screen Radio Guide along with Internet Radio stations. Internet music is available from Radio Free Virgin, a network of over eight genre-based music channels. Broadband users can also enjoy Sirius Satellite Radio streaming from the Internet--without a subscription--receiving over 50 commercial-free, top quality stations.

The speaker system contains 200 watts of total power, with five 30-watt speakers and a 50-watt subwoofer, and supports Dolby Digital and Dolby Pro Logic II formats.

It features front A/V and S-video connectors, as well as the following jacks on the back:

  • Component video out
  • S-Video out and in
  • Video in and out (RCA jacks)
  • Audio in and out (3 sets)
  • AM/FM antenna
The RTD750 also includes a headphone jack for private listening.
