Review: I rented this movie at first because I love the actors and the setting, not knowing what the plot had in store for me. In a town like Modesto, not everthing great comes to the theater. I was most pleasantly surprised. I have never seen such a romantic movie. Up against other romantic movies, this one actually was real and intelligent. I own it now and watch it whenever I need to feel beautiful inside. If you don't believe in true love or love at first sight, you don't deserve what it delivers.

Review: This film is one of my favorite movies of all time. It's probably the most believable, realistic, and touching romance movie ever made. Julie Deply is INCREDIBLE! She has an inexplicably warm, likeable, and feminine charm. By the end of the movie, I had fallen in love with her as well. The only bad thing about this movie was the ending; it's so sad! I wish it had ended some other way. This movie will really get to you. It's incredibly romantic.

Review: although i was a bit too young to watch this movie when it first came out (i was 12) i just discovered it last night at my local blockbuster, and i have watched it three times since. this is one of the few movies i have ever seen in which the characters actually TALK to each other instead of RECITE DIALOGUE. the only other movie i can think of that does that is swingers. jesse and celine seem to express every single thought in one night that i have been feeling for about three years. i love the idea that two seemingly "practical" and "adult" people can just rush off and do something completely dream like, and in one of the most romantic cities in the world. i don't think that this movie would have had the same reviews if it were set in detroit or something. vienna is a third character all in itself. it seems like nothing has changed there since the eighteenth century. i guess every scene in the movie is my favorite but the part that really gets me the most is at the end when they show all the places that they were that night, only it is all changed because of the rising sun. it is almost like their ghosts from that night will always be there, like their memories of that night will be frozen in time. because you don't know if they will ever see each other again.

Review: love and joy in sound- Sign o' the times and lovesexy by prince. love and joy on film- before sunrise by richard linklater. simply the best film i have ever seen. made me fall in love with everything all over again. beautiful. could it b real? i've been there. candypop wishes become reality's dream. love love love. can't get over it. words cannot express, so i'll shut up already!

Review: It has never been shown on screen in Hong Kong,can you imagine that? I bought the laser disc a few years ago. It is the most romantic movie I've never seen before(much better than Titanic of course). Julie Delpy, one of the best actress in the world and every guy would like to have a such beautiful girl in their lives,even it's just lasting for half day. The romantic sense everyone dreams of.

Review: I WATCHED BEFORE SUNRISE FOR THE FIRST TIME WHILST I WAS TRAVELING AROUND EUROPE, AND I FELT THAT THE LITTLE SITUATIONS THAT DELPY AND HAWKE EXPERIENCED WERE VERY MUCH LIKE MY OWN. I FELL IN LOVE WITH THE FILM AND CONSEQUENTLY HAVE WATCHED IT OVER AND OVER AGAIN.
