Summary: Not much of a surprise.
Review: Who's Keyser Soze? Isn't it obvious? Not a very interesting movie. The characters are unlikeable. And the screenwriter obviously felt that inserting the maximum number of profanities would prove his 'hipness'. Repulsive flick!

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: An absolutely awe-inspiring and satisfying film!
Review: The Usual Suspects is one of those films that doesn't come around that often. The sheer brilliance of it just pulled me in and right when I thought I had solved the mystery, the plot twisted again. It wasn't just the storyline that was utterly enjoyable, however, but the characters and the script as well. Watching such a serious and complex picture is extremely difficult without some comic relief, and that was provided exceptionally by Del Toro's Fenster and Pollak's Hockney. My favorite element of the entire film, though, was without a doubt, Kevin Spacey. I'm not saying everyone should share my opinion because he is my favorite actor, but to me his performance was absolutely flawless. This is a movie I will watch again and again and never grow tired of.

Summary: One of the Best!
Review: The acting is terrific. Spacey plays the role that villains dream of. YOU MUST SEE THIS MOVIE. The end will force you to watch it again and again and again.

Summary: Simply Excellent
Review: Before I had seen the DVD, I had already seen this movie once on VHS. I loved it. I strongly encourage anyone who has not yet seen it to do so. The commentary by the writer and the director is hilarious! A WORD OF CAUTION: DO NOT LISTEN TO THE COMMENTARY DURING YOUR FIRST VIEWING.

Summary: ONE OF THE GREATEST FILMS OF OUR TIME!
Review: THIS IS BY FAR MY FAVORITE MOVIE EVER. THE CHARACTERS ARE VERY WELL THOUGHT OUT AND COLORFUL. THE PLOT AND THE UNCOVERING OF THE PLOT ARE MASTERFUL. ANYONE WHO HASN'T SEEN THIS MOVIE HAS TRULY LOST OUT.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: This is truly excelent noir, I recomend it to anyone.
Review: Lately film noir has been sub-standard, but this is a true exception, starts off a little slow, but the ending makes it all worth it.

Summary: Mind blowing
Review: "The greatest trick the devil ever pulled was convincing the world he didn't exist." Its dialogue like that quality that overflows in this tense and brilliant film. Who is Kyzer Soze?Is Kobayashi real?Is this all a figment of Verbal Kint's imagination? Watch this movie first for great intensity and the shocking twists.Watch it again to understand and appercaite all the subtle character and story build up. I would give up a very large amount of money to be able to see this film for the first time, unfortunatly I know it all by heart now, as I've seen it at least 8 times.

Summary: Obvious,Predictable,Boring
Review: One of the least interesting movies to get acclaim as some sort of a classic, The Usual Suspects is a grinding bore. I saw through the gimmick of the movie immediately, and had nothing to do but watch the movie unfold and throw plot elements and bad performances at me. Kevin Spacey's work in this movie consists of repeating words that he saw written down on a piece of paper, rather than actually acting (creating a living breathing character). All in all, a waste of time and money. Avoid it, it *****.

Summary: YOU MUST BUY THIS VIDEO!!!!!!
Review: I watched this movie for the first time one friday night in 1996.. and then promptly watched it a second, and then third time. It is simply unvelievable. The movie has a complexity the likes of which I have NEVER run across, but of course, you won't know this until the end...
