Summary: No Redeeming Value
Review: No matter how much I admire the acting skills of Pitt and Freeman, and no matter how well they portrayed their characters in this flick, the story is too dark, the violence too graphic, the end too depressing. This film has no redeeming value.

Summary: The best thriller since Silence of the Lambs
Review: This dark and brutal movie is very hard to get into, but it picks up slowly and reels you in by thefirst 30 minutes. I highly reccomend this movie, it is a must see; Spacey is the best killer in a movie since Anthony Hopkins.

Summary: dark and thought-provoking
Review: This is one of the best and most horrifying movies I have ever seen. I did not find it predictable in any way. The extremely well-written plot is so full of twists and kept me guessing the whole time. Morgan Freeman is excellent (as usual), and Brad Pitt proves once and for all that he is a talented actor and not just a pretty face. Kevin Spacey gives another fabulous performance, showing that he may well be the best character actor of our time. Kudos also must go to the director, writer, and cinematographer for this brilliant, though unsettling film.

Summary: PERFECT.....
Review: With The Silence of the Lamb and Psycho, this will be the best psycho-thriller of all time. Brad Pitt was a cool, handsome, tough cop. And Morgan Freeman was almost, but not the best performance. And this film shows the new Gwyneth Paltrow and Kevin Spacey. Even before 10 minutes the film ended, I didn't know what was going to happen. I think the reviewer who wrote his or her review below me, doesn't know how to watch films. David Fincher had a little dissapointing debu of Alien 3, but Seven and The Game are the ones that is highly recommended. We can feel about the 7 sins that human has. And it tells us not to be greedy, not to be proud, not to be..... And so on. Oh, I love this film.... 4.5 out of 5.

Summary: Utterly Boring and Predictable
Review: How anyone could watch this film and still speak of a surprise ending is completely beyond me. It was completely predictable, boring, and overly concerned with it's own cleverness.

And isn't it about time that someone told Brad Pitt to give up on the acting and just become an underwear model? His rather sad attempts at acting are getting increasingly pathetic, never more so than in this drab waste of time and money.

Summary: One of those films that clicks
Review: It's a rare phenomenon. The combination of plot, dialogue, characterisation, look, feel, sound, music, acting etc does not always gel as well as it did here. An amazing film, all the more because of how the script made it to production in its original form. Apparently the standard creatively bankrupt suit-brigade got their hands on the script & made it more user-friendly, but Brad Pitt, having been sent the original by mistake, threatened to withdraw until the original was returned to its rightful position. Goodonya!

Summary: Scary, sick and unbelievable-A Classic & underrated.
Review: When I first saw Seven I did not expect to see such a great movie. It totally blew my mind. No other movie has had this kind of effect on me. No one should be scared to see this movie even though it is very disturbing. The quality of acting is great which makes the storyline better. This is one of those movies where the roles fit the actors like a glove. You will be replaying each scene in your head for several days after watching Seven. Whenever you hear about the seven deadly sins it will remind you of that great movie David Fincher directed.

No other movie will ever equal the ferocity of Seven.

Summary: You know what's amazing?????
Review: That no matter how grungy Brad Pitt tries to make himself for a movie role, he still ends up looking like he belongs on the cover of 'Tiger Beat'. I've never seen a woman as pretty as that man.

Summary: What a shocking ending!
Review: Pitt and Freeman were excellent. The movie was certainly gritty, although the scenes weren't as violent or gory as I assumed they might be, so I enjoyed the story. The solving of the puzzle was interesting. I wish the movie explored the relationship between David (Pitt) and his wife more. I hoped to see more of Gwyneth during the movie.
