Summary: My jaws dropped in awe when I saw this movie
Review: This movie was the second best Jaws film.Jaws was the best,Jaws 2 was second best,Jaws 4 was third best, and Jaws 3 was the worst. That's what I thought if the Jaws series.

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: Excellent sequel to Jaws!
Review: Jaws 2 is a very good sequel. Roy Scheider is once again in top form as Chief Brody. Jaws 2 is no match for Jaws but still very fun and exciting. I like the shots form Martha's Vineyard because I've been to most of the places in this film. High Points: Roy Schieder, the shark, good action, the relived Jaws score once again scored agin by John Williams. Low points: the abscence of Richard Dreyfous and Robert Shaw

Summary: HORRIBLE
Review: this movie sucks! it is soooooooo boring and practically no one gets eaten and how they kill the shark is so un real. just stick to jaws

Rating: 2 stars
Summary: Upside down & floating...
Review: Sequels for the most part suck. No exception here. Want a sequel? Try Star Wars, Indiana Jones, or even the Terminator. The big fat shark should have eaten the whole town and left nothing for a part 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7..... etc. Stinko!

Summary: Okay Sequel
Review: Jaws 2 is the only one of the three sequels worth looking at. It has it's flaws, mainly in repeating most of the moments from its magnificent predecessor and also the absence of Robert Shaw, Richard Dreyfuss and director Spielberg hurts. But at least it manages to retain the form, if not the substance of the original and that's something neither of the horrid films that followed did.

Summary: AN EXELLENT SEQUEL!!!!
Review: JAWS is a film classic. So the pressure in making this uneveidable sequel must have been either "oh god this isn't going to work!" or "This is JAWS, we can't loose!" At the box office: Fair. With the critics: Don't ask. Mostly just because it's a sequel to a great american film. Most of the original cast is here, Roy Schieder is Martin Brody, Lorraine Gary is his wife Ellen, and Murray Hamilton is Larry (hey there's no shark!) Vaughan. The shark effects (This time by Roy Arbogast) need improvement, but are exceptible. As for plot, it's pretty much a carbon copy of the original, with one exception: the teenagers stalked by the shark is reminicent of HALLOWEEN (Though they were released the same year so you can give it's writers half the credit). All in all, a good, good movie worth a look at.

Summary: The only worthy sequal
Review: Jaws 2, is the only sequal, that can compete with the original. Because the setting (amity) and the a lot of the actors (even some side-characters) are the same, this is the only convincing jaws sequal. If you've seen Jaws, than you've got to see this one, but please suppres your curiosity to see part 3 and 4 cause than you are going to be disappointed big time!

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: Jaws 2 is the only good sequel
Review: Jaws 2 is the only good sequel, although I suppose Jaws 3 was good in the theatre with the 3-D effects, and Jaws: The Revenge was just plain dumb. I only wish Steven Speilberg and Richard Dreyfuss had been able to praticipate, then it would have been even better!

Rating: 3 stars
Summary: Jaws 2 = Good film!
Review: OK, I can see that some people have problems with all of the Jaws sequels. But leave Jaws: The Revenge alone. It wasn't that bad and it was nice to see Loraine Gary reprising her role as Ellen Brody. As for Jaws 2: I liked it. Chief Brody was back, and he did an outstanding job. I thought the scene where the shark rips through the bottom of the boat was really scary! And watching the teens was a lot of fun. Especially watching Jackie (Donna Wilkes) go into shock after watching that one girl get eaten whole. I found that entertaining. The ending was good. If you haven't seen this movie, get it! It's a lot of fun!
