Summary: One of the best suspense/thrillers I have ever seen!
Review: The mere pairing of 2 legends like Grant and Hepburn do not make a classic, but this movie certainly holds its own. For years I was convinced this was a Hitchcock film, but I was soon corrected. As much as I like Mr. Grant, the stars of this movie are Hepburn and a very young and talented Walter Matthau. James Coburn is also in this picture as a mean Texan. The picture takes place mostly in Paris where Hepburn comes back from a holiday to find that her husband has not only been killed, but has been leading some kind of double life. Grant comes on the scene to "help" her through this confusing mystery that has been left in the wake of his death. The music enhances the suspense beautifully. This movie, 30 someting years old, does not seem any bit outdated to me. I highly recommend this classic.

Summary: A 5 star movie, but a 1 star video transfer
Review: This is my favorite film of all time, and I was glad to get a widescreen copy of it. It is, to me, the ultimate movie -- romance, comedy, thriller, drama. Mancini's music, Grant and Hepburn, Paris, perfection.

That said, the transfer on this video is AWFUL. The film has scratches, jumps from reel to reel, and the colors look quite poor. DO NOT buy this video unless you have already seen it in a better version, preferably the official UNIVERSAL video release, not one of the cheapo offbrand versions. This is a fantastic movie, and if you are a fan who knows it well it is worth seeing it in widescreen. Just know that with its remarkably poor quality, this is not the video copy you want to watch over and over again.

Summary: A perfect romantic thriller...
Review: Grant, Hepburn, Donen, Mancini, Paris settings and Givenchy clothes...who could ask for anything more? This is one of my favorite movies -- and along with "Pillow Talk" is one I can watch over and over and over and never tire of. Cary Grant is all suave mystery, Audrey Hepburn is luminous and graceful as always, and the Mancini score adds to the fun. This film has it all -- suspense, romance, humor, action. If only they made a letterbox version!

Summary: Grant and Hepburn are characteristically charming.
Review: This was a fun, well done move with so many twists and turns it was impossible to figure out. Just the kind of movie Holden and Hepburn were trying to write in "Paris When It Sizzles" -- a switch on a switch on a switch, etc.

Summary: This is a wonderful movie!
Review: This movie has everything! Audrey is wonderful as ever, Cary is so charming and handsome, it's hard not to fall in love with these two people. They are a perfect match. There's action, humor and of course, romance! This is a fantastic film and the scenery is breathtaking!

Summary: "Charade" didn't keep my interest
Review: Despite having a talented and wonderful cast, I didn't enjoy this movie. The costumes, scenery, and acting were wonderful. But I didn't care much for the plot.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: A great thriller!
Review: Charade is a timeless clasic. You never know who is right and who is wrong. You will be on the edge of your chair. Hepburn and Carry give a marverlous perfomence. You will gasp and laugh during this wonderful film!

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Murder, deception and Audrey Hepburn. A winning combination.
Review: An old fashioned style "Who Done It" with Audrey Hepburn (in wonderful clothes), Cary Grant (still sexy with silver hair), that takes place in Paris with humor and a fine supporting cast (including James Colburn) How can you miss? You can't with this movie.

Summary: i love this movie
Review: i rented this movie four times before i actually got around to watching it because i didn't know if it would be any good or not. when i finally did watch it, however, i realized that this was a movie worthy of having audrey hepburn's and carey grant's names attatched to it.
