Summary: Okay, nothing Like 'WHOA"
Review: The only reason, I bought this movie, is because I saw on Joblo.com they rated it in the top ten movies for the year it was releases, and I saw on here it had nice reviews... The plot sounded nice too. When I saw it, it was almost making me sleep, after finishing the movie, I was like, why did I see this movie. The cast was fantastic, especially Vince Vaughn. The music, enjoyment, and the plot was all pretty much [junk]. If anything I would reccomend you buying The Crimson Rivers with Jean Reno in it, Seven with Brad Pitt, or A Simple Plan with Bill Paxton.

Summary: Fantastic! Vince Vaughn is manipulative and devious!
Review: The twisty, turning plot line kept my attention with eager anticipation. Vince Vaughn delivers an excellent portrayal of a charismatic, evil, moral-free murderer. Joaquin Phoenix is perfect as the country bumpkin who makes one wrong choice and ends up going straight to hell, with Vaughn at the wheel. I loved Vaughn in this movie so much, I had to rent Gus Van Sant's "Psycho" to see him again. His performance in "Clay Pigeons" is the quintessential role for him, even moreso than "Swingers".

Summary: A Wickedly funny film.
Review: This is a wickedly funny and very entertaining film. Each character is outstanding; especially Vince Vaughn; and the pace doesn't skip a beat. Very clever story; every scene is very engrossing. Highly recommended! Don't miss this one!

Summary: Simply the BEST!
Review: This is one of my all time favourite movies! Yes it is a dark comedy...but a comedy nonetheless! Some of the lines that Lester gives are just priceless. And Vince Vaughn peeking out from under that cowboy hat is an added bonus. :) The movie itself is well played out, the acting is superb and the twists and turns of the plot are enough to keep you glued to your seat throughout the movie.

Summary: For a twisted, dark laugh - rent this movie!
Review: Vaughn is superb in this movie as an akward yet somewhat charming drifter. You know that something is terribly wrong with this story from the begginning but you can't help but get addicted, needing to know what will happen next. And if indeed the good guy will or will not "finish last." As soon as Vaughn appeared on the screen he had me rolling! Definately, catch this movie when given a chance.

Summary: Vaughan is distinctly humorous!
Review: Vince Vaughan continues to impress me (Swingers, Return to Paradise). His performance in Clay Pigeons is hilarious. I quote the film religiously, (Lester the Molester, alarm..alarm...man overboard! it could have been a rock star - dont make me out to be the dumb one!) The soundtrack is surprsingly good as well - I've got a timebomb in my mind mom, Sea of Heartbreak, Moon over Montana...

Summary: If you buy this, you won't be let down.
Review: Vince Vaughn is very good, as is Joaquin Phoneix. It's sort of dull at times, but it's good entertainment. Buy it used.

Summary: Funny. Good God, it's funny!
Review: Well, slightly noir it may be, but Clay Pigeons is so damn funny that i can't stop watching it. The whole cast is outstanding but Vince Vaughn steals the show. He is a brutal murderer, but you can't help but laugh at how he steals every scene he is in. To keep it short, this movie is an ace, hands down.

Summary: Three of my favorite actors in one movie?
Review: Who doesn't love Janeane Garoffalo. I have always enjoyed Vince Vaughn movies, and Joaquin Phoenix is a charmer. Check him out in Inventing The Abbotts. Clay Pigeons is one of those dark comedies that keeps the audience intrigued and also keeps them laughing the whole way through. Highly recommended by big time movie buff. The best line? "Look! There's a girl floating upside down!" "How do you know it's a girl?" "Because of the long hair." "Well, it could be a rock star." Ha!
