Summary: Great Value
Review: lasted almost 9 months before it died on the welcome screen. Judging by previous reviews, looks like I got the cream of the crop.

Summary: Died without notice...
Review: Nine months ago I thought I was buying a good value product but now I realize that I bought a bomb... The whole system stoped working with a DVD inside. I couldn't manage to open the DVD... Worse, the service center that I am calling does not work anymore... Do not buy from KLH never...

Summary: The worst consumer electronics product I have ever bought
Review: The main unit had a slick, slim design. The speakers were solid looking. All the needed cables were included, and everything was color coded and labeled. Then I turned it on.

First, whenever power was applied, or mode (disc/tuner/aux) changed, a disturbingly loud "klunk" noise was made. The unit always powers up in disc mode, and will not respond for several seconds while it tries to load a disc. Settings (such as volume) are often lost or different when changing between modes. Many functions are not available in all modes. For example, "Mute" only works when playing a disc. The equalizer only applied to audio CDs. And so on.

I found I had to wait one or two seconds after pressing a button before the unit responded. If I pressed additional buttons before the unit was ready, it sometimes did not respond, or did the wrong thing.

Sometimes, while changing between modes (e.g., from radio tuner to aux in), the disc tray would eject an inch or so out of the unit, and then stop. This is especially ironic given that the eject button does not function unless you are in disc mode.

Audio and video artifacts (pops, clicks, on-screen flashes, etc.) occurred when navigating DVD menus.

Worst of all, the unit locked up several times playing DVDs. The picture would corrupt, then everything would just stop. I had to unplug the unit, and then plug it back in, to get it to respond again. This happened on several different DVDs, including a brand-new, just-opened disc.

I returned the unit to the store. I was not expecting much, but this model failed to meet even basic expectations.

Summary: Total Waste with in 6 months
Review: The unit work fine for first 5 months. Then if I switch on the power indicator was coming little late. After a week, it stuck in the welcome screen and stop responding completely. So do not buy this.

If any of you have the same issue please share the idea and solution for this.

Summary: Wow-I didn't expect to share in my misery for this product
Review: This is an awful, awful machine. I bought this about 7 months ago, (the standard konking out time, it seems), and today, the "welcome" display was on, but nothing! I turned it off and on, nothing, then, it stopped turning on a minute later and now, is a useless piece of garbage. It was rarely used, but even from the beginning would freeze up ALL DVDs for a second or two before releasing them to play.

...

Live & Learn, I suppose.

Stay away.

Summary: Terrible
Review: This system looked great and the price was right, but I have experienced all the negative things the other reviewers have seen. Functions only being available in certian modes the eject button only works when in disc mode, extremely slow response time to button pushes on the remote, slow load time, popping noise when starting system or changing mode, lockups, the av inputs do not support suround in any way, etc.
