Summary: Best Movie/Best Actor
Review: Billy Zane stars as Jack Flinder, a cop trying to solve the case of his partners murder Art Cantrell (Tom Mason) and fires started by an unknown arsonist. He gets help from prostitute Lisa Cates (Kristin Minter) who was there the night of Cantrell's (Mason) murder. Many twists and turns are encountered before the shocking ending that answers all the questions. Billy Zane's performance is great, he is one of the best actor's around and helped make this movie one of my personal favorites.
