Summary: AMERICAN MUSCLE CARS RULES*****
Review: I think that this movie is prof that the (japanese) sport "karts" are no way near the power of the legendary american muscle cars. The (japanese) sport "karts" in this film were in there maximum power (nitros oxide + twin turbo cars)could not match the the pure power of the CHARGER (not in its full potencial), an all steel car, or any of the AMERICAN MUSCLE CARS of the past or even today MUSCLE CARS. I think this movie is prof for those who think that today import cars are the fastest. My SS CAMARO easly can go 160+ MPH with no problems and without any modifications at all, not like the "(japanese) fully modified Sport Karts" that are breaking bolts to go only 150 MPH!!!! What a shame:( (...)

Review: If you liked Gone in 60 Seconds, you'll absolutly love The Fast And The Furious. This movies got it all: hot chicks, buff guys, and lightning fast cars. Ohh what I would do for one of those cars. Anyway, this movies got it all, for the older viewing audiance that is. I deffinatly reccomend buying it right away. Don't wait to rent it, because you'll only want to end up buying it.

Review: A movie. What is a movie? A movie is the chance for people to step, if only for two hours, into a world they can never be a part of. I have read many of the one star reviews for this film and I can't believe that these people have seen the same movie I have. This movie is a visual and audio "ride" throughout.
I highly recomend this movie for anyone that enjoys a fun two hours watching some cool cars going really fast. Vin Diesel is one of my new favorite actors since seeing him in Pitch Black and I enjoyed watching him in The Fast and The Furious.
Please keep all arms, legs, and head inside the ride at all times. Please remain seated until the movie comes to a complete stop. Exit to the right and please, Drive Home Safely.

Review: As one viewer said "did not expect much, got less" If you are a baby boomer completely forget this movie. It is full of idiotic racing scenes in city that must have been evacuated for anthrax scare to have been possible. ridiculous Plot has the usual good guy and girl mixture with redeming bad guy thrown in. Must commend film on low level of vulgar language and indecency . Young viewers( 12-21) only.

Review: Everything about the movie was great, I loved the cars, the racing, the actors/actresses who were in the movie. If you like fixed up cars and racing, this is the movie to go with.....Gone In 60 Seconds has nothing on this movie.

Review: I have seen the fast and the furious multiple times. It is a good movie. I am here to just say that the cars are sweet, but american muscle would smoke them. The 650 hp supra would get toasted by 1300 hp mustangs. Like the saying go'sThere is no replacement for displacement.

Review: I found this movie extremely enjoyable and would recomend buying it. I would, however, warn you that this is a guy movie. if you are not a guy you might not like it. Some other reviewers didnt seem to like it very much. they claim that beyond hot girls, action and fast cars, this movie has little appeal. These critics fail to consider the purpose of an action movie- to entertain the masses.(thus the hot girls, fast cars and of course action) Perhaps if this movie were a drama then you could rip it for lack of good scripting or whatever else. Fast and the Furious does what it has to do it - entertains the action/adventure connoseiurs, just like Arnold, bruce willis or any of the other greats does. To compare this movie to a drama or an academy award winner is to compare a lexus to a supra ---they're for difffrent crowds. This becomes blatantly obvious as we see by the two kinds of reviews it gets - either great or terrible. so if ure a guy who likes guy movies, buy it, if you are not, buy Marry Poppins with your hard earned dollars and ponder the britsh approach to industrialization. Meanwhile we'll be on the edge of our seats while the '69 charger cooks rice as the sun sets on another good 'ol american style action movie.

Summary: The Fast And The Stupid
Review: I didn't expect much going in to see this movie. I didn't get much either. I was shocked when this film turned into a major blockbuster hit. Why?. It was an awful movie with a ridiculous, out there script. Paul Walker and Vin Diesel are the only things that hold this weak film together. It looked bad and wasn't even fun in the 'stupid fun' kind of way. It was just stupid.

Summary: MUCH better than Gone in 60....
Review: When I saw this in the theatre I was mezmorized! The shear sounds of these engines going off, and shooting enormous flames out of the tale of these beutiful Japanese hot rods, I was jaw droppped! Vin Diesel does a wonderful job as the bad boy. Much better so than Nicholas Cage, or even Angelina Jolie for that matter.
The plot was B-Movie but the performance of Vin Diesel turned this B-Movie into a fast-paced A-List film. I can't wait until this DVD comes out. To gain the full experience of this flick you'd better have 5.1 Dolby Digital Audio. Just plug in the DVD, strap on your seat belts, and get ready for an awesome time. Highly recommended.
