Summary: WHERE THE F... IS THE DVD-VERSION?!?!?
Review: What looks like a simple action movie is probably the best and intensive film ever made. Sounds stupit? Well, you have to see and feel it to believe it. If you don`t feel it...there must be something wrong with you. By the way....to Michael Mann: ...I NEED THE DVD VERSION OF THAT MASTERPIECE OR I WILL F*** KILL MYSELF !!!!! (Or something like that)

Rating: 2 stars
Summary: Pachino is awful
Review: What could have been a brilliant film is turned into a mess by Al Pachino and his PCP addict-like performance. He shows no restraint as he screams, kicks and waves his arms at the most inopportune moments, and to a degree that makes Chris Farley look reserved

Summary: NEED DVD RELEASE
Review: Working for the police, I got very involved with this film. I cannot fathom why this film is not on DVD yet. I am hoping The Criterion Collection will pick this film and give it the "red carpet" treatment it so truly deserves.

Summary: a piece of modern art
Review: When i saw "heat" the first time, i was close to tears, because i realized that this was the ultimate movie and that there was no chance that there would be any film that could reach the level of "heat" during my lifetime. Well, i went to cinema again and i saw some movies i liked, but i don`t even dare to compare the tension of "usual suspects" or the gunfights of "LA confidential" with "heat", because it would remind me, how poor those other movies realy are. As we all know how good De Niro an Pacino perform in all their films, i really enjoyed the supporting roles, esspecially Jon Voight, Tom Sizemore and Val Kilmer, which played their small parts so deeply, that their parts would deserve their own movies.

Summary: More than action...
Review: This film was awsome. De Niro was at his best in this movie. If you want to see De Niro at his sharpest, most serious, no-frills state.. see this movie. Also I think this movie did a lot for Val Kilmer. Val and Rob are excellent togehter. They are both extremely tough, and precise through the whole movie. And of course there is sombody you love to hate in the movie too!! Great performance by Pachino too. Anybody who likes Miami Vice will love this movie. Michael Mann is on top with this one!

Summary: GO SEE IT!!!!
Review: Unforgettable!!! Pacino and De Niro are great. Amy Brenneman is splendid as the girlfriend of De Niro's. Anybody knows her address? Contact me, if you do!!!

Rating: 3 stars
Summary: Sometimes drags but worth the wait
Review: Deniro Kilmer, and Sizemore are great, but Pacino's wierd performance almost ruins the movie. Someone who acts that goofy would not be a high-ranking police officer. As usual, the main black character played by Mikelti Williamson is written as not as smart as his white colleagues.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: The best movie ever
Review: DeNero and Pacino deliver a powerful and gripping performance that will satisfy any action movie fan. When it comes out on DVD, it'll need 6 stars on the strength of the bank robbery scene alone. Awesome.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Underrated
Review: Outstanding in every way. Action scenes are riveting, the villains are smart, and the tension between Deniro and Pacino is palatable.

One of the best cops and robbers flicks ever made.

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: CDB calls it "One of the Best of the Year!"
Review: Very entertaining movie. Couldn't stop watching it
