Review: THIS MOVIE IS LOOSELY BASED ON THE JUNIOR BLACK MAFIA (JBM) TAKEOVER OF THE STREETS OF PHILADELPHIA. B.SIGEL AND CREW CALL THEMSELVES THE ABM THE MOVIE STARTS OFF WITH B.SIGEL IN A STRIP CLUB ... BY HIS MONEY SITUATIONS AND NOT BEING ABLE ...HIS GIRL UNTIL THE HIS MOM LEAVES. THEN MEMPHIS BLEEK WALKS IN AND SETS IT OFF IN THE CLUB. B.SIGEL AND HIS CREW TAKE OVER DRUG SPOTS WITH YOU CAN GET DOWN OR LAY DOWN TYPE PHILOSOPHY AND THEY GO BEYOND LIVING GHETTO FABULOUS THESE CATS GET OUT THE HOOD DO BUSINESS WITH A LATIN DRUG CARTEL IN MIAMI AND RUN THE PROJECTS IN DELAWARE, CAMDEN, NEW JERSEY OF COURSE THEY GOT PHILLY ON LOCK. ETC. THINGS BEGIN TO GET FUNKY WHEN BEANS TRIES TO OVER RUN DAME DASH'S BUSINESS DAME AND JAY-Z ARE THUGGED OUT BUT GIVE YOU THE MOST LAUGHS IN THE MOVIE. YOU WILL SEE PLENTY OF GUNS BUSTIN ALSO BETRAYAL AND THE CONSEQUENCES OF IT. THERE ARE ALSO KIDNAPPING'S BRIBERY A HELL OF A LOT OF GANJA SMOKE. ALL IN ALL YOU SHOULD SEE THIS MOVIE WHETHER IT BE IN THE THEATER OR WHEN ITS RELEASED ON DVD AND VHS. THE MOVIE IS MUCH BETTER THAN THE POOR EXCUSE FOR A MOVIE BALLER BLOCKIN AND THE DECENT THREE SIX MAFIA FILM "CHOICES". EVERYONE FROM THE ROC IS ON THIS INCLUDING THE NO LONGER DYNASTY MEMBER AMIL FREEWAY ISNT IN IT CAUSE HE WAS LOCKED UP AT THE TIME. NONSTOP ACTION AFTER THE FIRST TEN MINUTES. ALSO THE ENDING IS UNBELIEVABLE LISTEN TO WHAT BEANS SAYS. BY THE TIME YOU READ THIS IT'LL BE OUT OF THEATERS TWENTY MOVIE THEATERS AROUND MY WAY THIS ONLY PLAYED IN TWO. FOR THREE WEEKS. WHAT MORE CAN I SAY I LOVE IT AND CANT WAIT TIL ITS RELEASED ON DVD. I GAVE THIS MOVIE FIVE STARS BECAUSE I COMPARED IT TO OTHER FILMS BY RAPPERS DOING INDEPENDANT FILMS (NOT INCLUDING LL COOL J, WILL SMITH, AND ICE CUBE) ALSO CHECK OUT THICKER THAN WATER STARRING MACK 10 AND FAT JOE. STATE PROPERTY IS THE BEST EAST COAST RAP FILM AND THICKER THAN WATER IS THE BEST FROM THE WEST. PLEASE BELIEVE IT!

Review: This movie was basically a revamp of Scarface but instead of being a cuban coke lord, the main character is a ghetto wannabe big tymer. The acting is Sub par, The plot as i said is basicaly the same as Scraface's except with alot more ebonics and bad cinimatography. The Acting is terrible. But if you are watching this movie just to see Drugs, Thugs, and Hoe's ... it's perfect
it depend's what your looking for, oh an by the way Jay Z's role in this movie is a Cameo at best, an his character had no personality

Review: This movie was ok.....just like the title says. It was pretty good and Jay and Dame had me laughin' the whole time but Beans was pretty funny and it is whack how a certain R.O.C member....not going to say any names....*cough* (Memphis Bleek)...dies!!!But besides that...this is a good movie that you and your boys could watch before you guys go out and party or somethin'.....I don't think it's worth buying but maybe a rental will do you in......oh it's also whack how Beanie Sigel get's done in.....especially by the whack ex-member of the R.O.C team Amil....ugh....Check this one out folks!!! Peace!!!

FILLED WITH THE USUAL KILLINGS AND THE USUAL HOT GIRLS THAT'S EXPECTED OF TODAY'S GANGSTA MOVIES. OF COURSE, THE ACTING IS BAD. BUT, THE FILM'S ONLY REDEEMING QUALITY IS THE MUSIC THAT COMES FROM IT. MUCH OF ROC-A-FELLA'S ROSTER CAN BE SEEN IN THIS MOVIE. IT'LL PLEASE MOST RAP FANS. FOR SERIOUS GANGSTA MOVIE FANATICS, YOU'RE BETTER OFF RE-WATCHING NEW JACK CITY.

Omillmo Sparks is (well i dunno know about him right now but he plays good).All I can say is if u want 2 see this movie That has Girls,Gunz,Drugs,Thugs,and more Rocawear clothes this movie is 4 u. By The Way,Jay-Z,DJ Clue,and Amil are great cameos.(espcealliy Jay-Z)

Review: When I watched this movie, it was nothin' more than another drug dealing movie. If they had a better idea of a story, than true events that could'nt complete a good puzzle, this would'ave made a better movie than this. And it's another one that doesn't set a positive example message ect. The rappers in this movie can't act, unless it's Memphis Bleek n' Jay-Z. Bleek should'ntave died, and Jay-Z should'ave been in there longer. And the movie is fake... That's only 2 out of all the rappers in this movie that could act. Hears the moral behind this piece, If they had a better, more goin' storyline, it would have been much better, and if they had people who could act instead of rap, this movie would'nt be so fake. If I were u, don't buy this, or rent it n' see, ...
