Summary: THE LITTLEST ANGEL
Review: I loved this movie as a young girl and would love to share with my own daughters. I have been looking for this movie for years and no one seems to know what I'm talking about. I'm glad to know there are other people out there who loved this movie as much as I did. I too, hope it is rereleased.

Summary: a heartwarming Christmas story.. great cast!
Review: I remember this movie from my childhood, I have searched hi and lo, Johnny Whitaker was a child actor who could be as bad as Tom Sawyer and then a truly "Little Angel" in his dirty robe and disheveled halo! Fred Gwynn as Patience, it was a wonderful part of our holidays for many years! I am excited to have found it!!!

Summary: The Original "Littlest Angel"
Review: I remember watching this movie the year it came out at Christmas, and anticipated it the following year, but it was never shown again. I have been searching for 31 years and would love to have this movie for my children to see. They have heard me talk about it for 10 years. Please release this movie again. I will be the first to purchase it. Thank you.

Summary: I know where to get this video!!!!
Review: I too have been looking for this video since forever. I loved it as a child and was saddened when they stop showing it only to show a cartoon version. Well, weep no more folks!!! You can buy it at ChristianBook.com and the best thing is.....it is only 3.99!!!! I am unsure of the quality as I have not watched my copy yet. I hope this makes your holiday out there!
Merry Chirstmas to all! God Bless!

Summary: Teardrops and stars ...
Review: My own, those from the story and from the movie ... teardrops and stars ... I've loved this story since I played the voice of the Littlest Angel for a radio production and puppetshow when I was a boy (5 years, 8 months,18 days old) at the time of the first production. I admit it's been a while since I've seen the movie. But, I cannot read the story without bursting into tears: tears of joy, regret, happiness, loss, innocence, loneliness, dispair. The first time I watched the movie, I must confess, I bristled with jealousy! I was the Littlest Angel after all, not Johnnie Whitaker! My tarnished halo sliding down my brow and rolling off my useless wingtips ... I do remember that Johnny and the other cast members worked so well together that I soon overcame my innitial distrust. I was then able to allow the movie to work it's magic, the stoties magic on me. The story of the Littlest Angel mirrors for us the good and the not-so-good aspects boyhood/childhood/being a living-loving-caring-human-being (any age/ great or small). The movie does the same... The "at risk youth" of "that day" is guided and mentored and helped. The Boy-Angel finds his angelic-self in his earthly treasure, his humanity which he must pass on, "give away, to keep". I've searched for a copy of the movie for years -- albeit not 24/7. I urge the producers to rerelease the movie. What a gift that would be.

Summary: The Littlest Angel -1969
Review: This movie about a young boy who becomes an angel, way before his time, is a seasonal treasure! I can't even finish the book version without seeing Johnnie Whitaker's angel face in my mind. This story exemplifies the true meaning of Christmas. I have been trying to buy a copy for at least 10 years. If anyone else out there feels the same way, write in, maybe they will re-release it. Christmas 2000 would be very special!
