Summary: Happy happy joy joy
Review: Terrific fun and worth every penny; you'll be dancing and smiling nonstop! Check out Brian's face when he plays and sings "Mystery Train:" * oh * my * god. * From the first song to the last, he looks and sounds totally effing amazing (ooh la la), and the band is just the coolest thing ever. Delightful, energetic, sassy, sweet -- not to mention crazily joyful -- this music is GOOD for the world. You'll love it, so buy it -- don't even think twice about it.

Summary: Play it loud -- this thing rocks!
Review: This DVD is tons of fun. It's hard to imagine anyone not liking this music. From the dead-on perfect opening arrangement of the Hawaii 5-0 theme, to the rave-up "Drive Like Lightning", and the awesome performances on "Mystery Train", this set is a winner. Setzer plays a broad spectrum of styles...there are several songs from his Stray Cats days rearranged with the big band, some good rockabilly numbers with a S.C.-style trio, and Setzer even does a couple of solo turns on guitar. One of the best parts of this performance is Setzer's guitar playing, which has never really been showcased on the S.C. or B.S.O. studio discs. Setzer's guitar skills really shine on this set. My whole family likes this disc. Buy it...you will not be disappointed.

Summary: Impressive
Review: This in one of the better sounding concert DVD's out today. It is in widescreen format with a great video transfer to DVD. Make sure your sub-woofer is in good shape, the low's will move your furniture around like the players on one of those old electric football game. If you like to show off your home theater, this will be a great reference disc.
The only negative point I saw is that the video editing is a little raw, but still very watchable. A definate keeper.

Summary: Next Best Thing of Being there
Review: This is an excellent concert DVD : The picture and the sound are outstanding and Brian puts on a great performance. The song selection is great and if you have ever seen the BSO live, then you will definitely enjoy this DVD. The only complaint I have is, that there should have been more close up on Brian's guitar work. I love to watch him play during the live shows and this DVD does not show enough of his fantastic finger work. Besides that, this is the next best thing of seing the BSO live !

Summary: Classic performance!
Review: This is how music DVD's should be - a great performance, quality menu screens, multiple angles and perfect sound. If you're as fascinated with Brian's guitar playing as I am, you need to own this disc.

Review: This show is a perfect example of quality sound and picture.

DTS sound is rich and full and Setzer punches right through you! The image is amazingly crisp.

The show itself is fantastic. Great songs and great performances by all! Too many highlights to list.

Definitely worth the purchase price.

Enjoy!

Summary: Proof Positive: Music Still Exists
Review: We all know TV is finished. Hollywood is now doing its best to end the movie industry, and after 'Jack' and the gang are gone, what will be left of it anyway? Rap, being the new gold standard for music is a sadness beyond reproach. The Brian Setzer's of this world are like a vaccine to a dying world... problems is, billions are dying and there are but a few musicians who understand the term 'music'. All my old faves in the 'rock' business somehow all lost their touch after 1985, and while I still support them, it is out of blind faith mostly, not so with Setzer. Anyway, the playing on this, the song selection, and sound are absolutely superb. The BSO is an aquired taste of sorts but is still a lot of fun once you finally get it.
