Summary: Great DVD!!
Review: I am still speachless and thrilled after watching this concert. What could I say? It is amazing and moving what human beings can do, when talentous.

Summary: For any fan there is...
Review: I got the oppertunity to see this show live in Vancouver, Canada. I had some of the best seats in the house, and I thought that no DVD could match that expirence...I was wrong.

This DVD is amazing. During the entire show, one can see Sarah upclose, aswell as seeing the entire stage too. I was also happy to note that during several songs, one can tell that she is really singing...(she takes a breath too soon) something that seems to be a rarity these days.

One can get the second best thing...ONLY to seeing the show live. I have given this a gift to several people, and they wered all very happy to get it.

I highly recomend this to anyone who enjoys good music and a good show.

Summary: The DVD is mighy fine
Review: I would like to know...why do so many people have to title their review "Sarah Has Done it again" or "She's Done it again"?

Aren't these titles a bit tired & lame by now? Like...come on!!!

I'm really bothered by people reviewing Sarah's items and then titling them with this title.

Ok...I've stepped off my soapbox.
I love the DVD and have always enjoyed watching it. Since its release on the 19th of October 2004, I haven't tired of watching Sarah singing "Nessun Dorma" and "What a Wonderful World".
What beautiful songs!

They didn't miss out when they added that Bonus DVD, did they?
I had a hard time with the quiz, even though I finished it and recieved the lovely photos.

If you want to be entertained for over 2 hours, you MUST watch these 2 DVDs.

Well...that's about it. I'm sure you've already seen & heard enough about this DVD before i reviewed it.

Summary: Damn that was good
Review: That DVD was so good that there are just no words to describe it. The only fault was that it contained some of the worst songs from the Eden CD, the ones that sound like opera

Summary: A concert of an even higher quality than "La Luna"
Review: The same comments I gave on the "La Luna"-DVD go for this one, only you can triple those in power now:

Again: I don't understand those fiew reviewers accusing sarah of lip-synching. Why on earth would she have to do that? It's a female opera singer herself who told me that this singer (Sarah) posesses one of the most flawless singing techniques one can have, and her voice has been trained by some of the best teachers. The same opera singer told me that is extraordinary that Sarah is capable of using 3 to 4 different voices without loosing any of them, which is again proof of her awesome singing skills.
By the way: there is proof on the DVD that her mic's realy on: right before "Nessun Dorma" starts Sarah reaches up to her mic, which has been set too high by an absent-minded assitent, to put it down a little. If you lissen closely you can clearly hear the "thump" it gives in the sound system, right at the moment the applause starts to fade. This prooves that Lady Sarah's mic is indeed on, even when she goes for the difficult songs.
Bodem line: Sarah really does sing live, she disposes of great singing skills that can lift her voice to spine-tingling hights, and although she may not a have a "large" operatic voice and therefore needs an amplyfier, she still sounds like an angel and she can still burst into a soaring soprano that will make your head spin.

Secondly: this concert is defenitely even more worth the watch than the La Luna concert. It's again concieved much more as a theatrical spectacle than a show like you'd get from Madonna or Celine Dion or... (with all due respect to those artists of course). Sarah's voice can still carry an entire show and stand on its own (which it often does) without boring you one second. She has even made audible improvements and now sounds better than ever before. Then again, I've read that Sarah is still practising to enlargen her operatic range, so one shouldn't be suprised that her singing is improving still.
Striking costumes, flashing choreography being carried out by Middle-Eastern-looking beautiful female dancers, awesome lighting enpowered by a good amount of smoke every now and then to add to the mystery, a long and well chosen / well-composed set of songs, a beautiful and powerful voice filling the entire auditorium and an equally beautiful woman with her heart in the right place (you'd be surprised at how warm hearted and friendly she is... watch some of the extras on her several DVD's and you'll get a glimpse of that side of her),... . All this will knock your socks off and lead you straight into a dream world that will probably look a lot like the world from "Tales from a 1001 nights".

Go buy this DVD and you won't be dissappointed at all!!

One last remark: Indeed sometimes the image quality resembles to that one can find on those "old" videotapes. But that's not always a disadvantage... For instance: during "Time to say Goodbye" I find the somewhat "glimmering" and hazy footage to be adding to the romance of the song, making Sarah look like she comes out of a fairy tale... maybe the producers did this on purpose.... who knows...

Summary: Sarah has done it again!
Review: This dvd is my favorite so far out of all her dvd's. I love this concert so much that I saw it twice. So much hard work was put into this concert and kept me on the edge of my seat the entire time. Now I can relive the concert by watching this dvd. Sarah is so beautiful and sings flawlessly. And in response to a few comments, SHE IS NOT LIP-SYNCHING! Sarah unlike many other artists, actually sings at her concerts which is rare nowadays. The Harem World Tour is the most beautiful and elaborate performance I've ever seen. When I saw this show in Oakland, one of the backstage arena workers said he hadn't seen such a well-put together and beautiful performance in over two years. This dvd will take you into another world, a middle-eastern fantasy. Even just the opening song 'Karma Sutra' sets the mood for the concert. This dvd is worth every single penny and is a wonderful keepsake and addition to any Sarah collection. Go buy this now! You won't be dissappointed!

Summary: Great concert ruined by poor video quality
Review: This was a fantastic performance by Brightman, with terrific stage setup, danceing, etc. The audio was great. Unfortunately the experience was quickly ruined by the horrendous image quality, or rather, the lack of it. There was so much noise in the video that I had to double check with a different DVD player/TV. The image quality was on par with VHS tape at best. Definitely a rushed job and a huge disappointment. Just get the CD.

Summary: Stunning Performance!
Review: Wow!

Sometimes it's better to be silent than to speak.
And that's what you have to do while watching this DVD!

Buy and be amazed!
