Review: We purchased this DVD for the waiting room of a psychological practice. -a mistake. It is Eerie and sinister. Even my 5 year old said, "mom this spooks me". The visual images are for the most part solitary and alone. The music even has a eerie tone. I finally thought we had gotten somewhere, when they panned to an ocean scene, only to find that they focused on a school of sharks. That's a relaxing image for you. Luckily, I previewed it once, shelved and won't see it again.
