Summary: A Must-Have For Hardcore TKK Fans!
Review: Being a long time TKK fan, I had to instantly buy this DVD. Seeing the videos for the songs I played ad nauseum was great, but I was a bit disappointed about the lack of videos for anything off of "Confessions Of A Knife". My interest in TKK waned a bit after the release of "Hit & Run Holiday", so the bulk of the videos, including the live cuts, were a bit meaningless to me.

Very entertaining nonetheless, I was thinking that perhaps it wasn't such a great DVD after all. That is, until I saw the last video. On the DVD it is listed as "My Life With The Thrill Kill Kult", but it is credited at the end as "Sexplosion!". This seemingly homemade video was worth the price of the DVD alone. With a soundtrack consisting of a medly of TKK hits, the video is most definitely John Waters inspired. Some sparse dialog comes across as bad acting, but in a very campy, humorous, tongue-in-cheek manner. Even more entertaining if you've followed TKK for the past 15 years or so.

A couple of notes: "Sex On Wheelz" and "Sexplosion!" are radio/club mixes, not the album versions.

Summary: WHERE'S THE "Final Blindness" VIDEO???
Review: i agree with the other review... it's cool to have, but i've had all of the 'good era' promo videos on VHS for over a decade... so it's really nothing great when you think about it. as with the other reviewer, i lost total interest in the band after "13 Above The Night" (their last GREAT release) and this DVD has A LOT of stuff after that... so it sorta sux. (really, when Buck Rider left, they started to go downhill... just not as fast as they did after "13 Above") also, there's no "Final Blindness" video!!!! i have this on VHS from a local cable access show that played music videos, and TKK did a promo spot for this same video show when they were in town doing a concert, so i know it is an "official" video... but, i think there might have been 'rights' issues since it's made up entirely of movie clips from HÄXEN, SPIRITS OF THE DEAD, ALUCARDA, etc., but they could have at least added it as a hidden easter egg or something :) on the technical side, every so often, there's a 'pop' or 'glitch' in the sound. i'm not sure if you will notice it on TV or stereo speakers, but on headphones it's more than annoying.
oh well... 666!
