Summary: Young, Hot and Blondie!
Review: See this DVD and remember why Blondie Exploded in the early 80s. Deborah is so young, so hot, and just the way I remember her. The DVD picture quality is outstanding. I was expecting at best, good VHS quality, but the video seems to have been reworked for this DVD. I can't be sure but the picture is sharp. The sound, to me, was fantastic. I'm no audio nut, I can't tell the difference between a ($$$) and a ($$$)speaker system, but it sounded great. I have all the early albums the songs came from and love these live versions. As is to be expected they lack the fully produced sound I was accustomed to - I loved it! It was like watching Blondie at a small club, back in the late 70s, just before they "Made It"! The band is soooo young and the songs are full of raw energy, I will definitely be making a live CD of these tracks! Like I said, Deborah is hot and may as well be topless. The guys are in top form too, with both Clem and Chris putting in great performances. If you love Blondie, You NEED this DVD. If you like early punk you need this DVD. Don't expect the polish of Parallel Lines, it didn't exist yet.

Review: The footage of Blondie on this video is great they were just starting out and were still more into the punk rock style. It's mostly their early songs that didn't become hits. The footage is raw and Debbie Harry is beautiful with lots of energy on stage. I wish it was a longer show but it's worth seeing if you want a look at the early Blondie. I also enjoyed the Blondie video collection on DVD that has alot of their early videos from the 70's!

Blondie is in top form and it's easy to see that at the time this was recorded that they were just getting started on what would be a great career. The best part of this video is that this is footage of Blondie in their earlier punk rock days. This is before they went pop, so it's a raw in your face style. Overall I was very happy that I got this tape and would recommend it to anyone interested in seeing what Blondie was really like in the early days.
