Rating: Summary: "Harvesting The Youth" Review: Any Krowner will love this DVD. And most Krowners already have it, this DVD went all the way to 8th place on the Billboard's vid chart (not bad for a group of underground stoners). The disk has a nice flow to it, no menu to speak of but it's chapters are set up perfectly. You come in on this ride to the song "Crucial" and some trippy psychedelic pulsating graphics. - Music Videos On Disk: The Lottery; Pimp Twist; Daydreaming Fazes; Peace Not Greed; Suburban Life; Dog's Life (first version); Bump; Kings Blend - It showcases each of the present bandmembers (sorry St.) with small bios. D-Loc's bio being the best and well put together, but all the kings get their moments. Pakelika has a group of strippers ask him questions and a "narrator" answers for him. - You'll find a lot of naked strippers, live stage footage, lots of 2000 Cannabis Cup Amsrterdam shots (King's Blend Vid), some info on things die hard fans might not know, the ever present self promotion of the rest of the SubNoize family, and enough bong loads to give you one killer contact high. (You wont get indepth answers to the old question "Why'd St. leave?" but hey...) it's a great start for budding Krowners, and a must have for everyone who claims the Kottonmouth Krew. It literally is the best band vid I've yet to see... plus it has some beautiful buddage.
Rating: Summary: And to think im still a fan... Review: Being a fan of Royal Highness and High Society, I was very anxious in buying this. However, when I finally got the chance to watch it, I was very dissapointed. All this is mostly of, is footage of the kings blazing it up. In every way imaginable. It doesnt really showcase any of the members personality. All I see is a bunch of dorks trying to be cool by getting high. I did like the footage of the Royal Highness videos, and of course the strippers. But if I see another bong hit by these boys, Im gonna go nuts!
Rating: Summary: Get it! Review: For all Kottonmouth Kings fans, this is the DVD to buy. Not only is it completely awesome that this is available on DVD, ... Get in on all the madness surrounding the guys and everyone else who is down with the krown. The DVD includes video's from Royal Highness AND High Society. 60 minutes long, it's got interviews, special guest stars... Even if you are not a fan, you will be once you've watched this DVD. Get it!
Rating: Summary: Life altering madness Review: If you know what is good for you, stay away from the Dopeumentary. It will change your entire perception of life. You won't be the same after seeing the insanity, or is it reality. Be prepared to switch your mental outlook from negative to positive in less than one hour. It is modern day therapy, "Think and Grow Rich" on acid. If you don't heed my warning and buy the movie anyway, please be sure to get the DVD. Video tape won't hold up to your new found addiction. Down with the krown? You have no idea.
Rating: Summary: Blaze it up! Review: It took me a while to find this video(before they added it here). Although the bio's leave something to be desired, it's worth it just to have all their videos, since it will be a cold day in TRL before you see any on MTV. It's great cause there are some live shots from the Edgefest in Albuquerque, where I first saw the Kings. Also some topless girls and strippers don't hurt. Not in-depth by any means(check out 311's "Enlarged to Show Detail"), but essential if you're down with the krown.
