Summary: Danzig is God
Review: Danzig is God. These are easily his best and most popular videos from his "god on headbanger's ball" phase. All the videos absolutely rule. How the Gods kill is, imo, his best and heaviest album. The only ones that compare are 777 and the solo debut. Danzig is one of the only "80s" bands to survive and thrive in the 90s. Blackacidevil was a deliberate attempt to weed out his trendy fanbase, as they were the masses. Glenn had made his money through 4p, in fact enough to invest as the head of a popular "adult" comic book company, Verotik, and he released the cult Satans Child in a record different versions practically. Back to the DVD. My mom got me this for Xmas, as usual I picked it out in the store and had her save it. Hot chicks, S & M, heavy music, defiance of god- what more could you want?

Summary: Missing a Lot!!
Review: Great to have some danzig videos, but why put multiple versions of different videos on it while most of the great Danzig videos are missing!! We want all the videos not just a few!!!

Summary: not what i had in mind
Review: I am a big danzig fan , upon hearing about this DVD I was thrilled , the videos for "bodies" are nice and also "how the gods kill" & "mother". but I don't need to see three versions of the same video that are practically the same. and some of the videos are just bad. Glenn , this is 2003 and the babes have changed since 88. love your music but you can charge a little more and put out a good DVD.

Summary: It's about time Glenn!!
Review: I have been bugging Glenn for years to get a DVD out, so to say that I am one happy camper is an understatement. It is definitely worth the price. "Bodies" is my favorite video, and shows Danzig, John, Chuck and Eerie really happy and relaxed. It makes me yearn for those good ol days:) And if you've never seen the uncensored version of "It's Comin' Down", then boy do you have a treat in store. It is extremism in it's finest moment (on the same caliber as the Genitorturers show I went to tonight--which they were also shooting videos for their next DVD in case you're interested). I should also add that Glenn to my knowledge still does not own the rights to the first 2 Danzig videos for you complainers, so he can't include any of the previously released material that Def American owns. That being said, I only gave it 4 of 5 stars because there were no extras, which was disappointing. No interviews, no backstage footage (which is always fun), no Verotik stuff, nothing extra at all. He could have released a version with a bonus disc with extras, maybe next time...

Summary: Glenn does it again!
Review: I like the different videos for the songs on this DVD. The videos for "Bodies" is pretty cool. The band is jamming, in what looks like a storage warehouse for their gear, while hot women look on (the price Glenn pays for fame). In the second version, in what is obviously a joke, one of the women is dragged and put into an iron maiden. Hey, it's all in fun!

I would have liked to have seen some interviews with the band members and some backstage footage, much like the first video. If Glenn does a second DVD for Danzig 4 - 7 perhaps he'll do that. It would be great to have interviews with the new members.

It's a great addition to your Danzig collection and I highly recommend it!

Summary: can't wait for part 2
Review: I thought this dvd was OK, It would have been nice to have some extra features like backstage footage, interviews, and more concert footage. The girls in the videos are pretty hot if you still live in 1986.(modern looking girls would have been better.)It also get's kinda boring watching slightly different versions of the same video. I hope Danzig's next dvd has more of the stuff that was missing from this dvd. And hopefully no more 80's chicks.

Summary: okay
Review: I'm not sure I feel 100% cool with this dvd. I guess in
this day in age if you are going to do a dvd add some extra
stuff. Why I have to watch the same video done just slightly
different is kinda cheesey. I'm glad I finally got to see
"It's coming down" video but now that I saw it in it's
totally uncensored glory I never wanna see it again! Ouch!
SOme of the videos are cool but some of them downright stink. I love Danzig and will always be a fan of his work- but his videos
are just so stupid that they are almost funny...Sorry Glenn.

Summary: danzig de la morte
Review: Okay. The uncensored 'It's Comin' Down' video doesn't contain mind-warping nightmare-inducing earth-shattering imagery. It's a little kinky, in kind of a sad s&m way, but really, the thing everyone is making a fuss about really isn't that big a deal. C'mon y'all - it's just genital piercing.

If you're a Danzig fan, you ought to own this DVD. But don't buy it just because you need to see whatever it is in the 'It's Comin' Down' video that everyone else thinks is so heavy and intense. Unless penile piercings really turn you on or freak you out.
