Summary: Way too much audience sound...
Review: I was amazed that the sounds from the audience were so much a part of the singing. The mic's had to be in the audience. Way too much screaming and overall audience sound. The three music videos included are very well done.
I also thought that the advertising fo rthe new season of M-TV in the beginning of the CD was in poor taste. If you bought the CD don't you think you would watch the show? Really...think about it.

Summary: Wow...Very Impressive!
Review: I was never a big O-Town fan...that is untill watching this DVD. The guys put on an amazing concert. They have so much energy and make it obvious that they really do care about each and every fan that has helped put them on top. This is a definate must for all pop music fans!

Summary: My how the boys have grown!
Review: O-Town should have surpassed any expectations (if not entirely escaping the stigma)of being a "made-for-tv" Boy Band, by now. As any loyal watcher of "Making the Band" knows, they made it through numerous obstacles (including mean vocal/dance coach task-masters; replacing arguably their most talented member (Ikaika!);leaving their mentor/owner/creator/manager (Big Poppa!);completely bombing on their 1st major international televised audience (Miss Uninverse pageant) and jumping into an already saturated market) to secure the elusive record deal, score a #1 hit single off their first CD and by all accounts become probable successors to the BoyBand throne (Backstreet is fading, Nsych has peaked).

On "Live in New York", O-Town strut the results of their labors in this concert love-fest, which showcases their Nsych-paced dance numbers, Backstreet-like ballads and lots of choreography and costume changes (thankfully they stick mainly to jeans and t-shirts). They set themselves apart by singing to a live band and minimal lip-synching. The DVD also contains lyrics to their CD, bios of the band and their 3 hit videos.

Its not a bad value for the price and any fan of "Making of the Band" or their CD should enjoy this DVD.

Summary: O-Town Rocks!
Review: So does this DVD! Not only is the music great, the guys are awesome. This DVD is extremely well mastered. I am a professional video engineer, and when I popped this in my player, I was instantly impressed. I'm sure my love of O-Town may have affected that statement, but whether you've heard of them or not, this DVD is something you have to have. Also check out "O-Town", their self titled album. I can't wait for their next!

Summary: good video but.....
Review: the video was great, the dancing was great, and the music was great but i think they lip-synced. during liquid dreams i think it was dan(i don't know who) who made a smile on eriks face and when he was doing this it was eriks part to sing and his lips didnt match the words. watch the video for your self they are lip-syncing.

Summary: O-Town Live From New York
Review: This concert was great! I was at it, and the video-dvd is almost as good as live. The dvd does NOT have any more things on it than the video. The guys of O-Town are amazing singers and dancers, and they all have a good sense of humor, which the vido captures. The sound is a little off, but you don't really realize it. The behind-the-scences footage is great, and so are the videos. If you like O-Town, you GOTTA have this! Its great!

Summary: The Best Ever!
Review: This is the best pop music ever produced. O-Town is comprised of the finest vocalists in modern music. Why the critics claim that this is a manufactured band for pure profit sake is beyond me. There is not a shred of evidence that this is a fake band created to dupe little girls and gay boys out of there bubble gum money.

I mean, sure they can't read or write music, don't play any instruments, reqire high powered computers to filter and blend the vocals. OK, so none of the O-Town studs have any vocal range beyond the average person singing "Happy Birthday," but come on the songs are so great...well, aren't they? OK, maybe not, but they are such great dancers...well, aren't they? OK, maybe not, but they are all so great looking...well, aren't they? OK, maybe not, but...they are still the greatest pop band in history so says me.
