Review: I can't believe the other reviewers on this item!!!! I thought it was the worst concert I've seen (and I've seen a few!!!). I thought Eric way overdid his performance....too much "jive"!! My wife got a c.d. of his recently that had updated versions of his old Animals classics..and it was great!!! I have no idea what happened here??? He seemed like a tired old alcholic trying to be (way too) cool!! What a dissapointment!!!!!!!

Review: I have been a fan for 35 years. Eric Burdon is one of the great singers of the 20th century and feels every lyric he sings. Those people who "complain and criticize" Eric and the band for new arrangements miss the point completely. (I know the type--if the song isn't done the way it was recorded in the studio it must be no good. Yeah, I know a lot of real progressives! They dislike Bob Dylan too, for daring to change!) If you love the music, if you love Eric Burdon, run to get this DVD. And the bits with him talking are great.

Summary: if you don't go see them live, BUY THIS DVD!!!
Review: I know all of these guys very well and have seen them live about six times and they just keep getting better and better every time. Eric Burdon gives 200% every time. The recording is very good and gives my subs a great workout. This is one of my only videos that I really say is great!!!!GET IT: YOU WILL LOVE IT!!!!

Review: If you want to hear a singer destroy Eric Burton & the Animals songs get this DVD. You will hear Eric Burton himself destroy his own music. The worst. Don't waste you time or money.

Review: If you've seen Eric live recently and want to relive the concert, I would suggest getting this DVD. If you've never seen him and expect the songs to be like the originals, don't get it. My feelings are really mixed about this DVD because I love seeing Eric in concert again, but I really want to hear the hits as I'm used to hearing them.
