Rating: Summary: Fans of the POLICE will dig this! Review: Few bands give me a rise, but this one made me get up and play drums again. Adrian is the most entertaining drummer to watch since Stewart Copeland of the Police. Love that lip stick!! Gwen grips the audience with her moves, and her sense of fashion. I believe that great bands are all about the whole package, not just the music - and No Doubt's performance, energy, and originality is reminiscent of the late 70s and early 80s when the Police were it. Hella Good opening, Sunday Morning, Running and SpiderWebs are great. Watch the interviews and the video leading up to the concert in LA...then watch the concert, even if it takes the mystery out of their image.
Rating: Summary: BEST DVD EVER!!!!! Review: GET THIS DVD NOW! IT IS THE BEST! I WOULD WRITE MORE BUT THEN THAT WOULD BE TIME WASTED NOT WATCHING THE DVD. ENJOY THE BEST DVD CONCERT THERE IS. ALL CAPS.
Rating: Summary: Truely Electric Performance Review: Gwen Stefani and the rest of No Doubt offer a truely amazing performance on this DVD. There isn't a moment durring any performance where Gwen doesn't keep your attention, regardless of the horrible camera direction. Okay, so I skipped over most of the Rock Steady tracks, the rest is all good. I dont see why 4 songs are put as "Bonus" songs on the DVD, because their from the same show. Also, the bonus footage of Gwen as a pussycat doll is HOT!

Rating: Summary: I love ND but this video gave me a headache Review: I just don't understand why videographers in the post-MTV/VH1 age persist on editing concert footage to the point where you can't focus on the performers for more than 1 nanosecond without doing rapid-fire zoom-in-outs, jump-cutting, multi-angle perspectives, intentionally-jerky-camera-motion, etc., etc., etc.??? It might be fine for a music video in one-song shots, but for an entire *&$#!@ concert video? I had a headache two songs into the video and had to shut it off. Too bad because I love ND and wished I could have enjoyed their concert footage. Guess this is just how people enjoy watching concerts on video these days... <sigh>
Rating: Summary: too jumpy indeed Review: I really like NoDoubt, however, I can not give this DVD 5 stars because they way it is edited it really makes your head hurt, as another reviewer mentioned (I really agree with you!!!). I do not understand why they have to present a concert in such a manner, no way we can really watch the performers when the editing makes the cameras jump from one performer to the other. I really wish that they would stop this MTV-style editing. Let us watch a performance, please!!!!! With that out, the music is good, it is nice to see and hear them live. Good concert from a good group.
Rating: Summary: Not what I was expecting Review: I was expecting a whole lot more from this DVD. It would seem ND have deliberately changed their playing style on this tour to be a little more "reggae" or "rock steadyish." The best performances in my opinion are the Rock Steady songs, while the rest seem just a little more mellowed out than I'm used to. For anyone who's seen "Live in the Tragic Kingdom," I think you'll know what I'm saying. Infact, even when I saw them on the Rock Steady tour they were way more up beat than on here. Never the less, the special features are great!! Tony's Pirate thing is probably the best part, and anything Tom says is just cool!! And there's even an "Easter Egg" revealing footage of the band hanging out and recording in Jamaica!!! Hearing Gwen say "that's amazing" about the glow fly thing just cracks me up!! So yeah guys, it's not too bad but if you're a hardcore fan try getting Boom Box if you haven't already just for the Tragic Kingdom DVD, which is just a way funner show!!

Rating: Summary: ... Review: I'm a huge fan of No Doubt, and this DVD didn't disappoint me! The fact that the band is actually playing, and Gwen is actually singing adds to the greatness (I'm talking about the fact there is no lip syncing). Gwen is SO energetic, boucing around, doing kicks, and jumping all over the place. What I wouldn't do to see them live... I absolutely LOVE No Doubt. The only thing is, I wouldn't really recommend it to children, hehehe, Gwen... Gwen like to use the "F" word a few times in the concert, but... if your a BIG No Doubt fan, like me, you'll look past that ;)
