Summary: Alice COOOPPPERRRR
Review: This DVD almost made me an Alice Cooper fan, I was sort of a fan and I got this DVD for my birthday and I was blown away. Well I dont have much to say that hasnt already been said. Does anyone know where I could get that shirt he wore during 'Billion Dollar Babies' that said britney wants me...dead? and by the way alice cooper is the most underrated legend of all TIME!!!

Summary: This DVD ROCKS my Brutal Planet!
Review: This DVD is one of the BEST live shows I have seen, and I've seen about 30 by now. This has great sound (It is only in 5.0, insted 5.1, so it could have more bass), and also has great video quality. Plus the show is excellent. "Alice" or should I say Vincent has a great band this time out. Some of the other reviews complain of these guys playng the old songs, but I think they do a wonderful job at it, and you can't get a much better drummer than Eric Singer. Ryan Roxie is fun to watch too. I think this whole band sounds great together. The set list is good and covers alot of the hits, everyone will think he missed some, but you just try to make the most people happy in the alotted time. I highly reccomend the purchase of this DVD, like I said, Great sound, Great video, an a Great show, how can you go wrong!

Summary: As good as they say
Review: This is as good as everyone here says it is but I do have a couple beefs. One, they do a mini-medley of Devil's Food/Black Widow ending in a loooooong drum solo. I don't know anyone who'd rather watch the drum solo than have seen full versions of these two AC classics played out in full. It just left me scratching my head asking why?? Who knows, maybe Alice needed to run backstage for 5 minutes to take a dump. Also, they cover The Who's My Generation. Why?? I'd rather have seen another AC tune instead. And like the other guy, I'd like to have seen the snake too. Still, this DVD/vid is a smart purchase.

Summary: Brutal Surprise
Review: This is the first time I'd ever seen a Alice Cooper concert. Had no idea that it was a full blown stage show, not just a music concert. I have thoroughly enjoyed this DVD at least five times and will watch it again when time prevails.

I would like to point out that the production of this video is excellent. The video portion gives you two angles, but that is not what sells me on this DVD, it's the quality, just great! The audio portion is well done also. It gives you the feeling of being in the front row. Put this DVD to a big screen tv and a good sound system, and you are there!

I just attended an Alice Cooper concert in Cincinnati last night. It was pretty much the same as what is on the Brutally Live DVD with a few exceptions. A few of his newer songs off of the Dragontown disc had been added in place of some others.

I must say that I think that the Brutally Live DVD is better than the live show I saw. Don't get me wrong, the man and his band put on a hell of a performance, but the sound in the theater was not as good as what I get from the DVD.

In summary, if you get a chance to see Alice live, do it by all means. Then buy this DVD to enjoy when you can't see him live. In either case it's entertainment money well spent.

Summary: Great video of a great showman.
Review: This was a great video of a classic entertainer. Alice was on top of his game drawing from past experience and performances to put together an excellent show in the tradition of classic Alice. As usual Alice put together a trio of back-up musicians that did an adequate job with past hits, but shined on the originals from the Brutal Planet album. It always amazes me how Alice can completely re-invent his sound over and over again while still remaining loyal to the Alice Cooper personae and style.

A class act from one of the best showman of the twentieth century. The band falls far short of several earlier incarnations of Alice, for example M. Bruce/Buxton, or K. Winger etc.. but delivers a quality product and a standout performance from the 'Coop'. Trivia; His daughter stars as the whipmaster/nurse during this performance, it's nice to see the apple doesn't fall far from the tree.

Summary: Awesome Rock from Alice
Review: Totally Excellent.
The Intro looks like they ripped apart DIO, and placed him on an Animatronic device.
An amazing concert, and Eric Singer is seriously superb.
Guitars are great, sound is brilliant, and Alice is the Consumate showman.
You don't need DTS to enjoy the surround sound quality... it's totally compatible with other 5.1 cards.

This is how Rock Concerts should be, something new, something old, and something rare... done only the way a productive master of the field can... The BEST way.

Summary: Remember the coop,eh ?
Review: yeah,I do.Saw him three times.Last time was 81 or 82.I have "The Nightmare" DVD although I enjoy it(cause that was the second time I saw him) I watch it pretty much alone. That was the album Alice and I for the most part, parted company.Checked him out with this "Poison"buisness.Junk.Sounded like all those "pretty"boy bands. Two days ago I bought A.C.story(prime cuts)and played the board game.Got too end of the game and up pops this most chilling concert video I've ever seen.My jaw dropped. "Is this for real? This doesn't seem like the Alice I remember. He's not drunker than a skunk, forgetting lyrics,or falling down.As a matter of fact,he is in complete control.Looking and sounding meaner than ever." The next day,I bought this DVD. My jaw still has not closed. If you EVER liked Alice, buy this concert on DVD (the only way to go).DTS sound, big screen tv,night time,no lights and turn it up! The new stuff is pure menacing and his entrance is trulie awesome. The Master is back. The band is great and can sing well too.Haven't heard a good drum solo since the days of Ian Paice. I'm going to watch this again right now, cause i can.

Summary: Nice job!
Review: You know, After viewing this, I'm kind of sorry I didn't go when this tour came to town ( Houston ). The DVD...the second best thing to being there. Good sound, good camera work...good for us fans. A must have for any Cooper collector.
