Rating: Summary: This dvd is a must have......... Review: This dvd is bad ass, still wouldnt rank it above the Tool music video dvd, but I would say its tied in second with the Beastie Boys muisc video dvd of the music video dvds I have. The music videos are bad ass, and some of them are funny as well. I like how they have a behind the scense type thing with each video for the I.D.R. videos. I didnt get all the way through the Chopped & Sliced portion of the dvd yet cause I was passing out from being tired and stoned off my ass LOL. When I saw that they showed clipplets of the Norfolk VA show, I was kinda mad at my work for not letting me have that day off, STUPID 7 ELEVEN LOL. All in all though, this dvd is a must have if your a fan from the begining, or just new to the CKY experiance. SO GO OUT AND GET IT NOW!
Rating: Summary: Great Innovative Self-Made Video Album Review: this DVD is great. ive been a diehard CKY fan for a few years now and i was not dissapointed with this DVD at all. like i was with Haggard and CKY4. i think because the control was taken a little out of Bam's hands and into the band's. the videos are great. my jaw dropped watching the Escape From Hellview vid. they all look really great and stylized. i have a small variety complaint, they all kinda look the same and a couple of the videos are VERY similar. maybe Bam didnt have to direct them all. the Making Ofs are great. these guys are hilarious. the hidden stuff is funnier than hell. the band commentary is cool too. and i like that they added the old 96 Quite Bitter Beings video and filmed a brand new video for Disengage The Simulator off the first album. that song always needed a video. itd be nice to see some of these videos being played on (not necessarily M) TV. my favorite videos are Escape From Hellview, Sink Into The Underground, Attached At The Hip, and Close Yet Far (cuz they filmed part of it at a show i was at). one little complaint, with anything CKY, is theres a Bam overload as usual. why does Bam have to do everything? they have to use Bam's house, they have to use Bam's Ferrari, they have to use Bam's basement, they have to use Bam's girlfriend in the Hellview video. enough is enough, Bam.
now on to the Chopped & Sliced bonus disk. its a collection of home video stuff taken from over the years by the CKY crew and fans. live stuff and backstage stuff. theres a lot of cool stuff to see if youre a big fan. but i have a lot of complaints about this one. for one thing its 3 hours long. and they show a lot of stuff more than once. also they dont show a single entire live song on here. they all are....chopped and sliced. they have said that they did that cuz they didnt want it to be a live DVD (they have the upcoming Live From Hellview Documentary which im really looking forward to), they wanted it to be just clips to give you an idea of what CKY is live. but it makes it not worth it to watch. who wants to watch 3 hours of parts of songs? i watched it once all the way thru and i dont plan on doing it again. i love the backstage stuff and showing them in the studio. but i wouldve liked a shorter organized documentary or something like that. not 3 hours of random clips in no order. theres no menu or tracklist so its almost impossible to find a certain part if you want to watch it again. but hell it was a free bonus disk.
all in all, if you liked Infiltrate Destroy Rebuild the album. youll love the Video Album.
Rating: Summary: This DVD will roCKYou. Review: This DVD is the absolute best Band DVD ever made. This is every CKY fan's dream. The DVD contains videos for all 10 tracks off of CKY's IDR album. And each video has a "Making of Documentary" as well as optional commentary from the band. And there are several Easter Eggs hidden throughout the DVD. You also get videos for 96 Quite Bitter Beings and Disengage the Simulator off of Volume 1. Each video is well crafted and all fit the song their for perfectly. My Favorite videos are Escape from Hellview, Sink into the Underground, Shock & Terror, and Sporadic Movement. But all are good. And all are in beautiful Dolby 5.1 sound. The bonus DVD or disc 2 is called Chopped & Sliced. It is really a 3-hour montage of the whole CKY crew doing what they do. There is no real structure to this DVD. There is a ton of live footage from CKY's last tours as well as some stuff from the Boom Boom Huck Jam. Plus there is stuff in the studio, backstage, hanging with fans, hotel rooms, on the tour bus, there are even a few fan interviews. If you've been to a CKY show within the past year, chances are you'll see footage from that show on this DVD. There are also some funny random scenes of just crazy stuff. Bam, Bran, Raab, Dunn, Rake, Jenn, Phil and Ape all make appearances through out. This is the best band DVD I have ever seen. This DVD was made for their fans, The Alliance. Buy it Now! Watch it often. Spread the word and remember the mission: Infiltrate, Destroy, Rebuild.

Rating: Summary: Excellent CKY DVD Review: This is an excellent DVD - the first DVD with the IDR music videos is, of course, simply awesome. The commentary is hilarious and explains a lot about what went on behind the scenes at each of the shoots. The second disc makes this purchase ever more of a steal at the listed price - priceless live footage. I highly recommend this to any CKY fans.
Rating: Summary: roCK Review: This is the best dvd ever made! The infiltration begins! If you are a fan, or even if you aren't you will love this dvd! CKY is the best band ever! The time and work put into these videos are just an idea of how much cky and the alliance love this album! Either you are not a cky fan, or you are a cky alliance die hard! This would make any newbie educated in the ways of the alliance by stories on the commentary track and making of segments and shows how true roCK SHOULD be. And if that isn't enough 'chopped and sliced' shows the rest!(3.5 hrs. from cky vaults) roCK
