Rating: Summary: MASSAGE FORM SOID Review: I DID'T WATCH THIS VIDEO.PLEASE TELL ME, HOW CAN I ODER THIS TAPE VHS MADONNA AT ITALIAN LIVE CONCERTS.MY EMAIL.SOID@HOTM,AIL.COM. THANK YOU
Rating: Summary: A Wonderful Energetic Show Review: I own many concert dvds, and this is one of my favorites. Madonna puts on a great and energetic show. She looks gorgeous, and the songs are top - notch, especially "Causing A Commotion" and the medley of "Dress You Up", "Material Girl" and "Like A Virgin". While she does get upset at times because it was the last show of tour, she is bouncing with energy. Her dance skills are brought out to the forefront here, something that usually seems to be foreshadowed when she performs live. Overall, an excellent concert that is a must for Madonna fans.

Rating: Summary: surprisingly lame coming from Madonna Review: I saw the Girlie Show and was so impressed. This video is a big disappointment. It lacks the choreography and stage show that the Girlie show had. Unless your a big Madonna fan, I don't imagine anyone enjoying this much. I think Madonna has talent and can put on a show better than any artist out there, but this video doesn't prove it
Rating: Summary: Live Concert From Italy Review: Madonna brings us almost 2 hours of live concert from Italy. Two years after her successful Virgin Tour in 1985 Madonna went out in 1987 on this Who's That Girl Tour. Both the audio and the video are excellent on the VHS tape. The video features these songs:
Open Your Heart
Lucky Star
True Blue
Papa Don't Preach
White Heat
Causing A Commotion
The Look Of Love
Dress You Up
Material Girl
Like A Virgin
Where's The Party
Live To Tell
Into The Groove
La Isla Bonita
Who's That Girl
Holiday
Rating: Summary: Who's That Girl in the 80's Review: Madonna in one of her first concerts, The Who's That Girl World Tour in the 80's, It is very good, in the late 80's it was one of the best concerts ever made.... and the first that Madonna released outside of the US (Japan, Italy), and if you are a Madonna's big fan you need this piece of collection. So, you dont find songs from Like a Prayer to Music, But this work resume her 80's number one hits and her early production. Absolutely Faboulous, Madonna give us a great performance based in the crazy 80's, Her Voice and her look are Young and fresh, The vestuary is very crazy, the choreography is very simple (Just Madonna and few dancers ocassionally) and she bring to us great moments : Open you Heart (Like a Dancer Go Go with black corsette), Papa Dont Preach (like a Teenager), Causing a Commotion, Look of love (a beautifull 80's song), and maybe the best moment of the Concert is: "live to Tell" Here, Madonna give us a great performance, her Voice mixed with a deep Sadness due to her bad Marriage with Sean Pean (1988).. Notice that just few months After the tour: Madonna and Pean Divorces. Another great time of the tour is Where's the Party,Into the Groove (Best Dancing act), La Isla Bonita (like a Spanish Dancer), Who's That girl (the only time that she perf this song) and Holiday, Another Hilariant moment is the medley: Like a Virgin, Dress you Up and Material Girl.. Madonna like a clown.. but Comic and Funny... The DVD have Menu, and the Lyrics of her songs.. Scene selections, and a great Sound and Image, A Classic Masterpiece for Collection, If you are a Big fan.. But if you enjoy the 80's Music.. This is for you too.
Rating: Summary: Madonna looks great, but show is somewhat repetitive Review: Madonna looks fab, but this is not the nicely cut and edited type concert footage you see in her Truth or Dare video (which are superb). Her voice isn't the greatest, and really starts to wear thin toward the end. Doesn't have all the props and dance sequences worked out. Just a lot of her dancing randomly as she sing various older tunes. Truth or Dare is much better. Still, if you like her look from the "True Blue" days, you'll see lot of that here.
Rating: Summary: the virgin tour was better then this, rev for the japan vhs! Review: ok first i want to say, i am a huge madonna fan, i have seen all her shows, blah blah. I am mostely interested in the madonna 1982-1991 years. which were her most succsful. But anywayz, i recently had gotten a copy of her whos that girl show live in japan which happens to be the madonna tour havent seen. before i got the video, i had heard and read many reviews that it wasnt madonna best work, but i gave it the benifit of the doubt. Because hey people said that about shangi suprise and i like that movie and the actual movie who's that girl and i love that movie. well 10 minutes into the movie i began seeign why everyone was bad mouthing it. and frankly it was a let down, because i am a big fan of the who's that girl era love the cd, the movie and the album true blue show start's off with open your heart: which i didnt think would be that bad, until two of her dancers come out one look's like he was should be in her take a bow video, i didnt understand that. plus madonna's dancing is like the same moves over and over and her voice wasnt that great Lucky star: this was a good performance were you see madonna actually enjoy singing and having fun with the fans True blue: madonna changes into a blue prom dress, based on madonna's voice i was compeletly let down papa don't preach: i thought a great performance white heat: look's like an early pre dick tracy like performance which i thought was pretty good. only problem it seem's madonna could only were the same outfit during the whole show then she does causing a commotion, not even worth commenting dress you up/material girl/like a virgin/ sugar pie honey bunch, this performance sucked until she did like a virgin and everyone sang it with her i thought that was cute into the groove: italy version much better live to tell: same review for into the groove la isla bonita: this is probably her best performance of the show who's that girl: just awful hoilday: awsome, her voice sounds excellent on this, so there's no excuse why her voice sounded so bad on this, including the fact that on virgin tour two years prior her voice sounded much better live then it did hear, and this is the madonna live from tokoy not italy and it was her opening night so i don't understand that too much. BUt on the bright side madonna does look like she's having fun and she is putting her heart into the performance.

Rating: Summary: God Awful Review: ok, this concert is REALLY bad. The fact that the Virgin Tour was better than this is just plain sad. This one seems even more dated an amateurish than the Virgin Toru. The performances are so cheesy and weak, and Madonna's vocals are pretty bad. And the costumes...oh lawd, have MERCY. they are dog ugly. MAdonna herself looks pretty bad with her shredded wheat hairdo, caterpillar eyebrows and ugly makeup. Add to the fact that this video is a cut and paste job from at least 2 concerts (one being in Japan, then what's the point of calling it "Live From ITALY"??) Damn, this whole thing is just a mess. Thank god she recovered with the fantastic and legendary Blond ambition tour.
