Rating: Summary: Good, But Not Enough Review: The video of this has been around ten yrs or more, so I wasn't expecting anything new. What's here is good ~ I get a kick outta the color version of them playing Children Of The Grave at an outdoor Cal Jam 74'...it's a strange juxtapostion between the atmosphere of the crowd, and the message of the song. The opening track, N.I.B., is taken from a film that was made for TV in Paris, 1970, and as to why this ~ the ultimate live Sabbath footage ~ hasn't been released on DVD is beyond me. This is when they were fresh and had a spark fueling what/how they played. Would you like to remember them as rock stars of the late 70's, or as a really freaky underground drug band of the early 70's?!..ha!..face it, that's when they cranked out their best material. Anyway, a complete and comprehensive Sabbath DVD is yet to be: it would need the entire Paris 70' footage, the Don Kirshner rock show footage, those hokey colored-gel background video's that are available on the Musikladen DVD, the COMPLETE footage of the Sabbath Bloody Sabbath video, and hopefully some other rare footage of them pre-1973, that I'm sure exists somewhere.
Rating: Summary: Their Story Review: There's some very good songs performed live, "Children of the Grave" is the best of them. There's also "Paranoid" studio video and "Sabbath Bloody Sabbath" video! A must for every Black Sabbath fan! The only bad things are the songs from Technical Ecstasy: they are very boring. "Rock'n'roll Doctor" and "It's Alright" don't give the best picture of Black Sabbath.

Rating: Summary: Short Sabbath Story Review: This Is A Great DVD For Any Black Sabbath Fan And A Great addition To Any Collection, But The Question Is - Is It Worth The Money? I Think It Is But This Video Could Have Been Alot Better. Don't Get Me Wrong, It's Very Good And Has Great Sound & Picture But It's Also Short. It Would Have Been Much Better If It Had Interview's With Ozzy, More Songs Like Iron Man, Black Sabbath, And Evil Woman. It Does Have A Good Interview's w/Toni Iommi, And Geezer Butler, Alittle Bill Ward, But No Ozzy Osbourne. But The Best Black Sabbath Video Out So Far.
Rating: Summary: Fills in some blanks in the interesting history of this band Review: This is a must for any Sabbath fan. Especially interesting were some of the less famous cuts performed live- like a vocal number by Ward. The downfall is only Butler and Iommi are interviewed here -cool stories though. Input from Ozzy and Ward should be crucial. Also the Video clips are poor. It would be better if a more thorough job was done documenting the band. (past interviews, recording footage etc.)
Rating: Summary: I think this video is a great one if you are a Sabbath fan. Review: This is an excellent video,Great stories from Iomi and Butler. Of course the music is great, only the originals. Small bits of music from Earth. Although no interveiws with Ozzy and Bill Ward.
Rating: Summary: Great DVD Review: This is the best Sabbath DVD out there, ... But there's a lot of improvements from the video, Like the 5.1 surround. The Videos for Children of the Grave, and Snowblind, and Symptom of the Universe are all in original color now. And there are a few extra interviews. I like the short interviews with Ozzie before and after the California Jams show back in '74. Weather or not Your a Sabbath fan, Give it a chance and you'll appreciate how energetic, powerful, melodic, and great performers they are. Not like today's garbage.
Rating: Summary: THE BEST SABBATH MOVIE Review: This video has it all for all of the Black Sabbath fans out there. This movie acuratly dipicts the Gods of Metal
