Rating: Summary: A great show Review: A good DVD of a great show. I wish that there was more Additional Features on the DVD.Better in scope than Bittersweet Motel, since it is one show from beginning to end.
Rating: Summary: beggers can't be choosers Review: A great DVD for true Phans. Highlights are the amazing "Mikes Groove", the rare "Timber Ho", and a very nicely done Beatles cover of "A day in the life". The encore is terrible in my opinion and the 15 minute Trey speech is a total waste of time for a DVD. How many times do you really want to listen to that cheesey speech about his dream. On the other hand, by releasing a DVD this close to their hiatus, its a great snapshot of how tight they are playing together after 15 plus years without a break. They will never play that good as a unit again.

Rating: Summary: Phish is amazing Review: After not seeing a live Phish show for over two years, this is the closest one can get for now. This DVD reopened my eyes to the beauty that is Phish. With an outstanding setlist, crystal clear sound quality, and views from all angles, this DVD gives all us Phans the fix that we needed. Whether you're a casual listener or a hardcore Phan, you'll certainly enjoy this immensely. Highlights are ALL SEVEN songs brought out of retirement, plus the Mike's Groove.
Rating: Summary: not their best Review: As a huge Phish fan I have heard better performances. Don't get me wrong, plenty of the material was well played. The Curtain With is a great old tune to hear, Mike's -> Simple is always great, although the Mike's was clearly a substandard and short version. Esther is a wonderful old tune, another one, and was great with exception of Trey flubbing the lyrics at the end. This DVD contains the most smokin Weekapaug Groove I have ever heard. Ever. Timber is a fun song, the AC/DC Bag is very tight. Colonel Forbin's Ascent leaves something to be desired although the Trey Speak was quite nice, as was Fly Famous Mockingbird. Twist and Sand are two great Farmhouse songs and were rocked out, perhaps not to the fullest, but well done none the less. A Day in the Life is a great cover, very well done. Emotional Rescue is just plain strange, although very entertaining. I won't give anything away. The audio is great, the video is not, but we all know that already. The closeups are good, the shots from the crowd look as if they may have been shot by a fan with a home video camera. A good Phish performance, although I am hoping the upcoming IT DVD blows this out of the water.
Rating: Summary: You'll love it if you were there... Review: As most people have commented, the video on this one isn't the best, but the audio is tight, and if you happened to be there that night in Vegas, it will bring you right back. The setlist is great, some classics and some Gamehendge and some great covers. I had completely forgotten that the boys all switched instruments for the Walfredo opener until I saw the DVD again, fun to watch. Esther was great, even though Trey fudged the lyrics, and hadn't been heard live in years. My personal favorite though is watching Gordon sing the Stones, it's priceless. Bottom line....if you weren't a Phan before, this won't make you one, but if you were you'll most likely enjoy it and want it as a part of your collection.
Rating: Summary: Great Sound... Bad DVD Review: First of all this is a great show and i love watching it. However it has to be one of the most poorly made DVDs i have ever seen. It is very clear to me that fiting the whole show on one disc was the priority, picture quality and dvd design were an after thought. I design DVDs for a living and there really is no excuse for a dvd to stop playing at the end of the movie (dvd does not return to the menu). With over 175 minutes of video, they have taken the picture so far down that you can see tons of digital noise and at times the sound is out of sync with the picture. I just hope that they consider a two disc set for there next release. All in all, this is a good DVD and i would still recommend buying it.
Rating: Summary: Great Show Review: For any Phish fans out there, this is a great DVD to have. The show is awesome, Phish puts on a great performance(as always), and their energy is captivating. When I watched this for the first time, there was nothing I could do to leave the room until it had come to an end. They play a great set, and it happens to be Trey's birthday- right before the second set the crowd sings "Happy Birthday" to him, it's too much! The end of the show is hysterical, it's worth the purchase just to see it. Also, Chris Kuroda once again does an amaizing job with the lights, completing this phenomenal show.
Rating: Summary: Kind of a letdown... Review: Great audio, lousy video, sleepy performance.
Rating: Summary: Better than the real thing. Review: Great show and you dont even have to smell the waves of B.O. coming from the cute little hippie girls that stink like trashcans. A must have.
