Summary: GREATNESS!
Review: This was an incredible DVD to say the least. I will get my complaints out of the way first. The audio mix on the "bonus" bands is attrocious, it is quite incredible for all the other bands, though. Other than my particular dislike for some bands, this is my main complaint. The performances by Lamb of God, Converge, Shadows Fall, and Nevermore are well worth the price of admission alone, especially seeing the great crowd participation that Lamb of God has. Meshuggah wasn't as great as I thought it would be (I have seen them live, so I guess I had my expectations too high), but it was still rocking. Bleeding Through and Founddeadhanging made a huge impact on me because I didnt expect them to be so great. HIMSA, Caliban, and NORA were also very good. Eighteen Visions made themselves look like morons (no surprise) as well as Scarlet, which kind of disappointed me because their CD 'Cult Classic' is incredible. After vieweing this DVD, I am going out to get some Converge, Bleeding Thourgh, and Founddeadhanging CDs. Go get this DVD. You will only be disappointed if you expect anyone to not scream the majority of the vocals.
