Summary: great performances
Review: I just saw Marilyn Manson on July 15th during the 2003 ozzfest and he was great!!! his performance really keeps your attention(something I can not say about Chevelle or Disturbed)and he is great in this dvd.The best thing though would probably be the thirty minute documentary.

Summary: Explicit Manson XXX
Review: If you're looking for some real explicit and offensive language, messages and attitudes, you've reached gold...
I wasn't a real Manson fan before I bought this DVD (I bought it because I wanted to know more about him), and now I must say I staret to enjoy some of his songs and attitudes.
My personal favorite live performances are: "Rock Is Dead", "The Fight Song", "The Love Song" and "The Dope Show". They rock! Awesome songs!
It's a full-screen show, and it's much better in 5.1 Surround...
There is also a documentary called "The Death Parade", featuring Eminem and Ozzy Osbourne. It's about his tour repercussions. Involves religion, sex, death...
The reason why I don't give this DVD a five or four stars is the same reason I gave this three stars: explicit content. The documentary "The Death Parade" contents really strong material for anyone under the age of 17 (here in Brazil, it's prohibited for anyone under the age of 18)... Sometimes it's even disgusting. And you'll get in this conclusion: Manson is absolutely insane.
Do not ignore the "Explicit Content" label in the cover. Don't say you haven't been warned.

Summary: good...but....
Review: the fact that this is spliced together from many concerts takes away from the live aspect of it. Its is still good because it is marilyn, there is many songs, and the qaulity of the sound and picture is awsome, but the concert itself is so/so. There was also times I was questioning just how live the sound was too. There was certain parts of this that sounded prerecorded, then again, maybe its just me....

Summary: Marilyn Manson's Greatest Hits DVD
Review: This isn't really the GGG tour. It follows the typical new song/new prop format, so don't expect too much. I'm really, really sick of all of the pre-Holy Wood songs that are being milked constantly, especially SWEET DREAMS! Jeez, give it up, it's nearly 2004 not 1994. I still love the band but find this very thoroughly boring.

There's actually a joke among fans that they can release all the live discs they want, but they could never get away with making a 'Greatest Hits' CD. Why? Because these would be all of those songs! Their most boring, simple singles. If you're not really a fan, you'll love this, otherwise stay away.

I guess this is the real-life equivalent of the revolution being turned against the character of Adam. Cute.
It's also a thoroughly cynical execution.

Summary: Annoying real quick
Review: I love Manson and i was really looking forward to showing my friends who hadn't seen him live what they were missing. The combinations of the three shows in songs were really annoying and frustrated me very quickly. I want to see just one show like Korn-live, Nine Inch Nails - And All That Could Have Been, or Metallica's S&M where it showcases their energy and you see what their doing the whole time. What made up for this is the odd 30 minute documentary that was filled with backstage clips, interviews, and live footage. Overall i wouldn't recommend this DVD but to only the greatest Manson fans.

Summary: GGG
Review: I don't own it, but I've watched it three times at a friend's house. It's plain and simply impressive, and for me, there's nothing to complain about. Very nice if you are into Marilyn Manson.

Summary: The Music Sucks
Review: Marilyn Manson have not been good since they got rid of Daisy Berkowitz on guitar. Listen to Portrait of an American Family, that album is 10 times better than anything they have put out since. That was also during the time they were somewhat normal, their looking feminine era hadn't started yet. I have seen that happen with so many bands, where their first album is way better than anything they ever put out again (ie. Korn, Deftones, Rage Against The Machine). These bands need to stop getting away from what made them explode onto the scene. It's almost like they try to get too creative on their next albums.

Summary: The best live DVD I have ever seen
Review: I have been a fan of Manson since the Antichrist Superstar era. I must say, I was a little hesitant at first purchasing this DVD. I haven't been a big fan of live DVDs (with exception of NIN: AATCHB DVD) because the quality usually disappoints me. However, this DVD was made to near perfection. The mixing was great. I saw in another review that someone didn't like how each song had different shots from different concerts, leaving you "confused." Unless you are entirely stupid, you will not be confused. It was one continuous soundtrack, but the shots match up perfectly (or almost perfectly) with what he is actually saying to how his mouth is moving.. he only appears in different costume. This DVD is great, and the 30 min "death parade" also exemplifies how much more of an intelligent man Mr MAN5ON is. Dont miss out on this DVD.

Summary: The Best DvD Ever
Review: I got the DvD as a gift because i have recently become one of his biggest fans. i watched the live performances and thought, wow, he's really tallented. I enjoyed all the songs and loved the way he was so creative. Then i watched the 'Death Parade' It will give any fan an idea what it's like being around America's most famous Shock-rocker. He's really a neat person and any fan would enjoy seeing him on and off the stage.
