Summary: Where else can you get this level of stardom?
Review: Where can you find Roger Daltrey, Metallica, Extreme, Annie Lennox, David Bowie, and so many others all in one place? If there's another concert that brings these artists together, I'd love to know about it.

The Freddie Mercury Tribute Concert gather some of the greatest talent in the business together to raise AIDS awareness and pay tribute to one of the most powerfull men in music.

Queen's best music is performed by the likes of Gary Cherone, James Hetfield, David Bowie, and George Michael for a very power, very emotional, and very entertaining video.

Not just for fans of Queen, this is roughly three hours of the giants of music. The fact that they are here to pay tribute to Freddie is a nice bonus.

Unfortunately, at this time, the video is unavaiable. Perhaps we will see a re-release soon, as everyone should have a chance to experience it.

Summary: 10 Thumbs Up!
Review: I had the extreme pleasure of watching this concert live on t.v. the night it aired in 92'. It was indeed the biggest standoff in history to the incomparable Freddie Mercury, who was gone well before his time. The video is excellent, I have two copies. We miss you, Freddie! I hope the video is released again, what a wonderful way to raise money for AIDS, and remember a star.

Summary: Re-edit this video and others on DVD
Review: I don't know why this great Concert (one of the greatest concerts ever) isn't on DVD format. Also, I don't know why other Queen videos aren't on DVD, only "We Will Rock You" which is not a good video and it is badly produced. Queen should release Live at Wembley, Greatest Hits (avaliable only in Germany) and Magic Years!

Summary: I Agree PLEASE RELEASE ON DVD
Review: This is a very important concert, for many reasons, the Glam Rock period in particular.

The amazing performances of Bowie & Lennox doing 'Under Pressure', Ian Hunter (Mott The Hoople) with Bowie on Sax doing 'All The Young Dudes' a rare love moment with Bowie.

The highlight is Liza Minnelli's performance of 'We Are The Champions', unlikely choice for the concert but very appropriate as so much of Mercury's style was influenced by the Minnelli vibe. After she is a big part of the 70's.

Summary: THE BEST CONCERT EVER!
Review: I've seen many concert videos, but this is without any doubt the best concert of all time. Hollywood Records should release the DVD of this concert, including the 6 hour long concert... except Spinal Tap. Whether you're a Queen fan or not, you will love it... and if you're a devoted Queen fan, don't forget to brink Kleenex because it will make you cry.

Summary: very inspiring
Review: this is an amazing concert video, it brings together all sorts of perforomers who obviously respected Freddie Mercury and Queen. The performance of George Michael singing "somebody to love" is incredible, he did not stray from Freddie's formula, which proves a great respect for an amazing showman. It's a very moving video, not only for the music, but for the meaning.
