Summary: Full Speed Ahead!
Review: A great restoration of a fun Beatles movie, even if the Beatles themselves had little to do with it. Very colorful and great music, of course. Sit back and let the evening go.

Summary: Enough is Enough...
Review: Sure... groups come and go, but I think it is about time to end "The Beatles" reign over video and in music. Move on....

Summary: Great music, great visuals... bland story.
Review: The restored visuals and audio are wonderful, but I can help but think that if the story had a bit more pizzazz, this would be a classic (I'm sure some would argue it already is). As it stands, I feel it's worth one or two viewings, but I'm personally going to stick to the Fab Four's audio recordings.

Summary: The music is worth the price of admission
Review: Just a short review on the remastered DVD. The animation jumps of the screen with all the new post production work they have done rematering the movie. But what really makes this a great buy is the music. Hearing the Beatles in the rematered multichannel format is nothing short of stunning. I sat in between my home theater speakers in awe. The Beatles were masters of making colorful layered music and this DVD makes it so you can almost see the music. Along with George Martin's surprisingly nuanced score, the music alone in this DVD is worth the price of admission.

Summary: Absolutely beautiful - stunning!
Review: This is a fantastic work of art for children of all ages. The vivid colors, amusing story and extraordinary music make this DVD a must to own.

Summary: Info
Review: I already gave my rave review below, but I just learned that the U.S. Post Office recently released a set of 15 stamps celebrating the 1960's, and one of those stamps has a "Yellow Submarine" on it and reads, "The Beatles"!! Isn't that great?!! Paul McCartney called it "A huge honor." So check it out the next time you're at the post office!!

Summary: The BEST movie ever made!
Review: If you haven't seen this movie, then get your butt to the video store and rent or buy it!This is me and my best friend's all-time favorite movie! I already have the remastered version, and I also have a real old copy which is almost completley worn out.I loved everything about it especially the Blue Meanies, theyr'e so cute!I first saw this super cool movie when I was 7,and my best friend saw it when she was 9.Wer'e now both 13.I love the Beatles (DUH!) and my favorite Meanies are Max and the Butterfly Stompers (the pouncing cats with numbers on thier stomachs). So see this movie right now!! And I mean it!!

Review: This video is halariously funny and rediculos at the same time it rules

Summary: good videos but should of not cut scenes
Review: I remember watching the orginal on a old black-n-white television as a kid, and how I loved it and when I found that they were re-releasing it to VHS, I thought great. Well.. It is not as good as it used to be. The beginning few notes of baby, You're A Rich Man were remove, which I thought were great. I think that part could of been kept in , and they still could of added "Hey Bulldog". When I first say they Hey Bulldog on video, it made me cry. I can not explain why either. I think United Artists should recall all the videos and the DVD and put the missing scenes and keep Hey Bulldog in it.

I give it 4 stars... If they did not remove any part of it , I would of given it 5 stars
