Description:

The AQUOS LC-10A3US is less than 3 inches deep and offers a 10.4-inch (diagonally measured) screen. Coupled with increased brightness and with an extraordinary wide viewing angle, the LC-10A3US is suitable for any room in the house. You can choose the silver LC-10A3US or the black LC-10A3UB to match decor. AQUOS monitors are characterized by bright, precise picture quality, a sleek design, bright picture, and Sharp's Black TFT technology. The LC-10A3US's high (400 cd/m2) brightness makes it one of the brightest available monitors, so it can be put anywhere--even near windows, doors, or other light sources--and its picture will remain vivid. And, with its 60,000-hour lamp life, Sharp's LCD backlight life is long enough to provide viewing pleasure for many years.

The Black TFT-enhanced screen boasts 9,000-degree K color temperature for warmer reds and cooler blues. The screen combines an antiglare treatment with a low-reflection coating to ensure brighter pictures and more vivid colors than conventional LCD displays under similar conditions, and the monitor is compatible with NTSC, PAL, and SECAM video formats.

A built-in 181-channel tuner lets you plug your cable TV right into the LC-10A3US and start watching, and two speakers frame the unit on either side and produce high-quality stereo audio. In addition, the LC-10A3US's digital comb filter enhances resolution by removing blurred edges between colors and reducing dot crawl (tiny, moving dots of color along a sharp color separation in a vertical line, as in a depiction of a character's striped T-shirt).
