Review: I went on a DVD spree last week and happened to pick this up in the music video section. Now, first thing you should know! That is, I didn't really have to think hard about getting this. I think "There you go" was the most entertaining MTV video of spring 2000. I love the motorcycle. And her hair is out of this world. But in a GOOD way.... "Most girls" is another good one. She can dance.

Summary: Lame videos
Review: Pink has no taste when it comes to good music videos. First off There you go, the video doesn't make sense because that is clearly a hardcore RnB song but the video has her skating around. Since when do you see skaters in the hood?. Come on Pink. And plus she looks so pale I wonder if she's related to Powder. Joke. Most girls is less horrible, but the dancing is not smooth and you can tell she isn't in the same skill as Britney or Mya's dancing. Both of these videos show Pink as some really frustrated psychotic girl with mental problems, which I don't like at all. She isn't even rap music, so why act so tough?? Pink just doesn't know what is cool.

Summary: Great Artist, Great Music, Great Videos...
Review: This is a tight, small little package that offers three very cool music videos at a great price. Pink is the hottest thing alive, with her intense hip/hop songs and cool look. She gets down and dirty in her There You Go video, first she smears the screen with a skateboard, then she sends a motorcycle through her ex-boyfriend's apartment window (very very cool concept). This video is a great introduction into Pink's fierce image and bold attitude. This is (so far) my favorite Pink video. "Most Girls" is a very energetic, smooth dance video with hip/hop choreography and a good positive messege. I like the amazing outfits Pink wears in it... kinda dominatrix meets diva. She's unique and cool. The third video is a remix video of "Most Girls," to be honest it isn't that much different than the original, just a few replaced shots and images here and there. This version, as its name implies, focuses more on Pink's skilled dancing. But its still a cool alternative. Overall, for a quick look at what young people are talking about in the music world and who's hot, check out this Pink DVD.

Summary: Nice Showcase for Pink's First Videos
Review: What I like most about this small collection ( 3 videos of 2 different songs ) is that it's all about P!NK and her budding talent.

What I'd like to point out here is that I've never seen any of these three videos EXACTLY as they are presented here - meaning that for either time considerations or content, they were edited slightly when broadcast. The three versions here are complete.

The first of 3 videos featured is "Most Girls" and it's dancey sort of hip hop song that never quite got the radio play that Pink's first hit "There You Go" garnered. The video features Pink dancing and showcases that Britney isn't the only baby diva who can move her hips.

If I recall correctly, "The Box" (music video pay by request channel) ran a "you pick the video" contest for "Most Girls" - two videos were produced and you voted on which was your favorite. What we get in this collection are both versions of the video. This first version is the winner of the contest.

The second video on this DVD is "There You Go" which was a big hit for Pink. The song is just about the catchy-est you'll encounter and the video showcases this. It's full of flashy images and that famous "flying" motorcycle.

The third video is titled "Most Girls (Dance Mix)" and it varies slightly from the original. Most obviously is the electronica spin that's placed on the song and a little more dancing.

The best thing about this DVD, though, is that you get to see P!NK doing what she does best - SING. For all the hoopla over her looks (she's beautiful) and that shock of pink hair, this woman has a set of vocal cords on her and she's a great singer. In the long run, that's what matters, far and beyond the video content.

Interesting Note: the DVD has a line on the cover that reads "Features the videos "Most Girls", "There You Go" and much more!"

I guess the "much more" is the Dance Mix of "Most Girls". There are no other items or hidden features on the DVD, just the three videos.

I'm giving it four stars out of five because it would have been nice to have a little more content on the DVD.

I'll recommend this for any Pink fan and then encourage you to go and get her new album - "Missunderstood". It's a great album by a great singer.

Best Regards,
turtlex
