Summary: Next best thing to being there...
Review: I must say, this DVD reproduces the feeling of being there better than any I have yet encountered. Trent puts a lot of emotion into the show, and it comes through amazingly strong, even on so impersonal an object as a screen.

The first thing one must know about is the sound quality. Ranks among the best I've heard coming through my speakers. I haven't compared the DTS with the Dolby Digital side by side, but neither will dissappoint.

The video editing is a tribute to Trent. You'd think it was one show, not the compilation of an entire tour, were it not for the occassional different haircut/clothing... The video is extremely clean, better than most professional captures. Most of all, is the work that went into using the video to reflect the mood of the music, the emotion of the concert. The graphics on the screen becomes an extension of the music, an art in and of itself.

Having to switch discs mid concert is annoying. But the superiority of this disc in other respects more than make up for that inconvenience.

Would I like more special features? Who wouldn't?

But given how long this disc took to come out, I'm glad nothing else was added.

Summary: Exceptional Video Quality
Review: AATCHB DVD brings NIN live experience to your living room. The Video and Sound quality is very good. When I first watched this DVD I wasn't very happy with DVD extra menus but later I figured out that this DVD contains many hidden menus like appearance of Marilyn Manson, music video, commercials. Picture gallery contains many pictures shot during The Fragility Tour, menus are awesome. AATCHB DVD has good artwork on menus and DVD box I'm very happy with this DVD and I think that true NIN fan should own one

Summary: BETTER THAN YOUR LIFE!
Review: Nine Inch Nails has awed me yet again with their fantastic merchandise and performance. I would have loved to have been there in person but I wasn't a hardcore NIN fan then such as I am now. If you love NIN as much as me and want to blast it to take out anger and hate for stupid bands like Blink 182, this is for you. In two formats for sound, DTS and Dolby Digital which will make you want to wet yourself having fans yelling from all your sides and Trent screaming his aggrieved lyrics with his frustrated music blowing you completely away. This is the best DVD I have ever bought and I highly recommend you get it DVD now! (Is there hope for me?) Later guys.

Summary: ALMOST as good as being there live.......
Review: Ok I read a couple of reviews from people who seem to lack some information on NIN. The Perfect Drug and We're in This Together have never been performed live. The Fragile is on the dvd and Burn has rarely been performed and probably wouldn't show up on a tour promoting the latest album. "And All That Could Have Been" wasn't even in existence when this tour was going on so its kinda hard to play that song for the crowd. The reason the concert is spread over two dvds is to keep the audio and video at exceptionally high levels. Their are quite a few extras on the dvd that are hard to find but well worth the effort, including the NYC concert where Manson and NIN perform... and Beautiful People together (many more that include some great songs that weren't played at ever venue). The dvd isn't supposed to have behind the scenes stuff or the like. The band made this to be a representation of what they put on the stage. If you are a fan of NIN, or even someone interested in seeing what they are about this is great example of what NIN is when it is playing live.

Summary: LIVE Nails
Review: The Nine Inch Nails live DVD- And All That Could Have been is a good effort. Trent Reznor brings his exciting enthusiasm to this production but leaves out many worthy songs such as The Fragile, Burn, the Perfect Drug, and We're in This Together. Also despite And All that Could Have Been's double disc length the DVD for the most part only includes the Fragility Version 2.0 concert. DVD extras such as videos, and behind the scenes footage are oddly absent. Despite this the positives definitely outshine the negatives. The pluses on ALTCHB include fantastic sound quality, good live performances, a long concert and a sharp picture. If you're a serious NIN fan this DVD is for you!

Summary: Solid Concert .... Terrible DVD
Review: how? Well, the video is perfectionate, so is the audio. The performance is pretty good, but doesn't have a lot of great tracks. What's terrible is that they left out a track called 'And All That Could Have Been', which is one of their best and newest tracks, so you would buy the CD on top of this. It's on two discs for some reason. When you buy this, I hate to say it, but you're really paying for their camera technology employed on the tour. There's a hidden extras screen but it's nothing much. You get the feeling they merely knocked this one off. With all the DVD room they could have included at least all the Fragile videos. I don't think that's too much to ask in this DVD age. It's a really expensive DVD too!

Summary: nothing can stop me now
Review: It's hard to think that this performance can be topped, and it is even harder to think how Trent was able to give up this much of himself night after night.

This is a killer DVD, can't get enough of it.

On "Head Like A Hole" at the 11:20 mark hit 07, then enter for a hidden menu...you'll be treated to a killer "Reptile", and a performance at Madison Square Garden with Marilyn Manson, among other cool stuff.

Summary: And all that it is
Review: NIN at their best. As far as live shows go, this is the best I have ever seen. I would expect nothing less from Trent. The picture and sound quality is awesome. Trent Reznor is a mastermind at his craft and in case you have failed to never notice his sincerity and emotional ties to his music, you will see it after this. All of it comes from his heart and I don't think there is very many musicians worthy of the praise and adoration NIN fans spill on Trent. Okay, back to the DVD the sound is awesome and the picture is very clear. You will never believe that they were able to put this together using hand-held cameras! All the editing was done in-house at Nothing Studios using Macintosh computers. There is alot of hidden treats to be found as well. Lots of still photos to look through on the second disk. Side note: Be sure to order a copy of "Still" the companion CD ... (I believe this disk is also included with the audio cd box set.) At any rate, ( On "Still") Trent's talent has never been displayed more fully. But be aware, he lets you in on, some of what I think, is the darkest haunted places in his mind and it is an emotional rollercoaster.

Summary: Could have been better
Review: The sound quality of this DVD is excellent. The concert footage itself is okay - a bit grainy and too many of the scenes were shot from far back in the audience. I'm perplexed by the decision to make this a 2-disc set that splits the concert in half. The concert is only about 90 minutes long, so it should easily have been able to fit on 1 disc. Overall, I wish I had just gotten the CD. This DVD is great to listen to, but there's not much to look at. U2's Elevation Tour DVD is far superior to this one: comparably excellent sound, far superior video & stage presence, more extras, and the entire concert fits on 1 disc (with extras on the second).
