Summary: Hail & Kill
Review: Finally - the second live video gives me what I wanted - a complete live performance from the Kings of Metal. The road footage is fun for a viewing a few times but let's face it - we're here for the MUSIC. The Blood in Brazil disc is excellent. Now lets hope that they end up putting some of the US tour footage on a future dvd - especially one of the 3 or 4 hour marathons that we got in Chicago - now would be a DVD worth killing for. The sound on this set is awesome - give us more. Hail & Kill

Summary: SORRY TO HAVE TO SAY IT AGAIN BUT.....
Review: I cannot seem to get away from the childish and amusing comments made by this 'Thor' reviewer, This is an awesome and worthwhile Manowar classic,

Just as i manage to get over the comments made by this ignaramous on the excellent louder than hell cd, here he is again as hysterically funny(if entirely innacurate) as ever! What a guy!

The dvd is excellent and the band are once again in tip top form. his comments made about the american fans being less inclined to be 'fooled' by manowars 'gimmick'. are frankly hilarious, his presumptious statements made about ManowaRs record sales in the US are neither accurate nor funny, people should not comment on products they have not bought, frankly listened to or even watched. the thor reviewer has clearly not purchased or even watched this dvd from his comments.#

The DVD is a complete package with excellent live performances and backstage footage is is an easy 5 stars on both quality and value

BUY AND IGNORE UNEDUCATED AND SNAP COMMENTS MADE BY COMPLETLEY BIASED REVIEWERS

LONG LIVE MANOWAR AND METAL!!.

Summary: Wow - no disappointment here!
Review: I've been a Manowar fan since 1982. It's been over 20 years but now we finally have a high quality live show on video from these guys. The audio and video quality are absolutely top notch.
I was a little disappointed with their first commercial video release, "Hell on Earth Part 1," but I have to say that "Hell on Earth Part 2" is excellent.
Whether you take this group seriously or not, you have to admire their dedication to their fans and to their unrelenting standards. No other group I'm aware of appreciates their fans as much as Manowar. It's a shame they don't have a larger following in USA - maybe I'd get to see them live out here on the west coast if they did...

Summary: WAY better than Hell On Earth.
Review: Keep in mind when reading this, I hated Hell On Earth. I thought it was a stupid waste of my time. There was not enough footage of the band playing. The jacket listed songs that were just played in the background when showing other clips of unrelated stuff. I didn't like it at all.

I held out for a long LONG time from buying this because I was afraid it would be just like the first. I have only watched the first of the two DVD's, the HELL ON STAGE concert. And I have to tell you, even if I never watch the second DVD, the first one was well worth the price. Lots and Lots and Lots of concert footage. Other then in one part, the sound is great also. There are some comments from band members in between scenes, but that is kept to a minimum for the most part and their comments seem relevent to what you are about to see, not just blather about the same old stuff. ("f the world and f this and f that...)

If you are a MANOWAR fan I would definitely reccomend picking this one up. It's WAY better than Hell On Earth.

Summary: Other bands play, Manowar kills
Review: The most complete DVD for all heavy metal fans. Manowar pack this double DVD set with a ton of their popular and rare metal anthems. The best part is there mixed in DD 5.1 sound. On top of that, you get plenty of insight to what the band is about, what they think of their fans, and just how crazy their fans really are. I couldn't believe how popular these guys were.

Summary: If you're a Manowar fan, this is it!
Review: This Dvd is a lot better than "Hell on Earth part 1" was. It has a lot less of the chauvanist garbage on that, and features MUCH more music, and has the band talking more than the roadies for a change. It not only has the ENTIRE Monsters of Rock '98 performance, but other performances from their recent tours. Awesome and highly worth it.

Summary: Hail to the metal kings
Review: This is a must have for any MANOWAR fan - a two disc set. A entire concrete - plus other high lights - complete songs - great interviews - all in all just a GREAT DVD. Highly Recommended. HAIL TO THE KINGS OF METAL!

Summary: The band that never made it
Review: With the release of "Fire and Blood" Manowar proves once again
that you don't need talent or a budget to rip off the public.
This is a band that has been around for 20 years yet has never achieved more than a cult following in the United States. Every major label has either refused to sign them or in the case of Atlantic records and Geffen, dumped them because of poor sales.
The SELF TITLED (since no one else would be dumb enough to say it)"Kings of Metal" show in this raunchy, sexist and moronic DVD/Video exactley why "Heavy Metal" has fallen into underground status and sells poorly. Joey DiMaio's posing and ego driven sludge rock spews from the awful sound mix almost drowning out the band's one saving grace frontman Eric Adams. The picture quality and editing is as bad as their other trashy DVD/Video release "Hell on Earth part 1" and sometimes even worse.
Well what can one expect? Listen to their poorly produced albums. Poor sound, awful music and comic book masochistic posing abound. So far Manowar have managed to fool alot of gullible teens in Europe and South America into thinking they are a real Metal band.."Stars". We here in the USA know better.
Manowar are nothing more than an indie bar band posing as a real
Metal band. You want real Metal? Real Stars? Try KISS, Metallica, Ozzy, Aerosmith. Don't be fooled into wasting your hard earned cash on Manowar's lousy CD's and Videos.
Manowar...give it up. You aren't fooling anyone !
