Summary: I'm not a big Fleetwood Mac fan but...........
Review: This dvd is masterfuly done. I cant think of one bad thing about it. If you like the Fleetwood Mac songs you hear on the radio , they are all here plus more. Even if you just like them a little bit you'll enjoy this dvd. Would be a great gift , its a pleaser. I love the stuff Lindsey does on his own. Mick realy drives the whole show , he's great to watch on stage. Everyone does a wonderful job.

Summary: I love this group...
Review: ... so I may be biased but I thought this was a fantastic DVD. I have already presented 3 friends with this as a gift. Everybody I know that has seen it has enjoyed it thoroughly. The USC band on "Don't Stop" have everyone on their feet. You will be too.

Review: in the comfort of your living room. Hopefully you have a mind blowing Krell with B&W speakers cause this DVD is fabulous.

Technically it's probably one of the best DVD's I have ever bought. It was didgitally mastered of course for WIDE SCREEN TV something that I was hoping all DVD's would have by now, and, the sound tracks are crystal clear and will make your speakers earn their living!

Although for hard nosed Fleetwood fans the group may have lost a tiny bit of their youthfull edge, I mean I guess were all getting a little older, the gang pounds it out so well that you have to be basically brain dead not to get that tingly feeling as your mind fills with images of times gone by.

Mick Fleetwood is so hyped in this performance he looks just like a madman recently released at the end of the opening cut, The Chain. Lindsey Buckingham's double picking solo Big Love is perfection in both sight and sound. Stevie Nicks shows us some of the strength left in her voice with the brassy rendition of
Gypsy, and Christine VcVie's voice has not aged one bit in Say you Love me and her solo, last cut of the disc, Songbird.....
The encore consiting of Tusk and Dont stop is mindblowing .....

This DVD a perfect example of super groups that are so multi talented that they just don't exist today and the disc is a fab addition to my collection that I know will get very regular play ....

BTW ... the DVD includes 22 cuts while the CD version of this concert only has 17 songs and totally exclude five SUPER tracks
Over my head / Gold Dust Woman / Go Insane / Gypsy and Songbird

Summary: Brilliant--an essential DVD
Review: You don't run across many people who don't like Fleetwood Mac. Their success puts them in a category that is reserved for artists that are perhaps more calculating, more commercial. You can't really categorize them. No one sounded like them before or after their success, and listening to their music was something of an obligation, a respectful obligation. Then there's all the gossip about their strife that seemed to precede any of their work.... Several decades later, "The Dance" brought home for me the sheer artistry of this group and of the individuals who comprise it. No one rides on the coat tails of another. Each is vastly different in personality and vocal style, but when they make their music together something profound happens. Lindsey Buckingham's solos even raise the level of transcendence. This release engineers the beauty of their performance. Little cinematic gadgetry in the video allows you to witness their stage presence (like Demme's "Stop Making Sense") and the audio is without precedence.

Summary: Gold Dust Woman...
Review: This is a great DVD for any Fleetwood Mac fan. Even if you have the CD of the same name, you still need this DVD. The CD doesn't contain all the music that the video does. For me, the most notable example of this is Gold Dust Woman...one of my favorite Fleetwood songs of all time. The band plays great here, despite their years--so much so, that I've grown to like some of the concert versions of the songs (The Chain, Landslide, etc.) better than the actual studio version. Well worth the price.

Summary: Poor sound recording but very good performance.
Review: This concert has a version on VHS tape. I recommend buying the VHS tape version. It seems to me that the sound recording quality is even worse on DVD than on VHS. However, you still must keep this one, either VHS or DVD. I am afraid this is probably the last concert they would perform in public. The two ladies seemed worry too much about their ages. To me, they are still as attractive and stylish as they always are. In this concert, they played almost all their greatest hits. Everybody performed very well.

Summary: Simply a Great Concert!
Review: Even if you don't exactly worship Fleetwood Mac, your respect for and enjoyment of this group will grow by seeing this DVD. As someone who was hardly a groupie of FM, I was thoroughly delighted with this purchase. This album is like a drug-free flashback (for Boomers and Gen-X-ers). It is full of great songs and performances (Lindsey Buckingham is fantastic), and will have you singing along much of the time: it's like a James Taylor concert, only about heartbreak and lost love. And, for those passages where the words have always eluded you, the DVD includes subtitles for the lyrics. You will get your money's worth with this purchase!

Summary: Best concert on video I've ever seen
Review: This concert is possibly the greatest reunion concert ever. Every member of the band is enthusiastically playing their hearts out, and coupled with the flawless setlist and vocals makes it to be very special. Lindsey Buckingham is obviously the best on stage, with his guitar playing better than ever and his voice slightly deeper and more meaningful than ever, if possible. Nicks is outstanding in her witchiness, and her song Silver Springs blows the audience away. McVie is slightly more subdued, but still belts her heart out on every song. A solid performance!

Summary: Charming
Review: One star taken away only due to the fact that I don't consider this the highest video quality, but that's being picky. Once again,if you are a Mac fan, you need this. The U.S.C. marching band alone on TUSK is worth the price of admission.

Summary: Great DVD
Review: Fleetwood Mac is the best and show it in this concert. Just a little dissapionted some songs like "SARA" was not on it. Great shots of LB playing the guitar and Mick beating at the drums. I recommend this very highly.
