Summary: Simply excellent
Review: Music videos just don't get any better than this, as long as Fleetwood Mac is your cup of tea. Superb sound, superb camerawork. It's quite fun watching the interaction of the band members, particularly if you know their behind-the-scenes history. The audio was definitely 'sweetened' somewhat in post-production (listen ONLY to the rear speakers of the DVD surround sound to see what I mean), but in a way that only adds to the concert experience. I watch this video quite often, if only to try and figure out some of Buckingham's guitar work! Bottom line: A must have. This video ROCKS.

Summary: Poor Production -- Fair Performance
Review: The lighting, editing, and camera work for this video is poor. Regardless, I watch live performances for the music. The sound recording was good, but I have mixed opinions about the performance. Mic was GREAT. Lindsey and Stevie were also great, but Christie was unemotional -- kinda like a non-chalet reporter. John was okay, but let's face it -- he's not much of a bass player.

Summary: Emotion + Super Talent
Review: Although this was the first DVD I heard -- therefore the WOW may be a bias -- this is a must own for anyone that simply appreciates great music performed well! Plus the added bonus of the sheer emotion of hearing Lindsey Buckingham and Stevie Nicks sharing the same stage again is truly breathtaking (Landslide and Silver Springs literally bring tears to the eyes.) The musicianship and sound quality are also first rate...

Summary: This DVD opened my eyes to Fleetwood Mac and DVD itself.
Review: I have to admit that until a friend played this DVD for me, I did not fully appreciate Fleetwood Mac or the DVD format. I am now a fan of the group and have bought a number of Fleetwood Mac CD's. I also have now a modest digital A/V system on which to appreciate this amazing concert for myself. The Dance was my first DVD and is still the one I use to show newcomers what amazing atmosphere and impact is available on DVD. The songs are timeless and the quality of recording is superb.

Summary: Awesome and very entertaining!
Review: Overall, the group's performance is very satisfying. Music is excellent that I went out to buy the CD. I went home, opened and played the CD then I realized "Songbird", one of my favorites and the reason I went out to buy CD in the first place, was not included in the list. Needless to say, I was so disappointed.

Summary: Steller Performance
Review: This video is so good even if your not a big fan of Fleetwood Mac. It is a terrific sounding recording when played back in stereo. True the voices of a few have faultered alittle with age but that is to be expected and doesn't take away from the great performance. All the hits are here. The great songs from the acclaimed Rumors album sound real good and the finish with the one and only USC marching band is worth the price of the video alone. Definatly a good choice for a music video collection.

Summary: Captivating Sound and Video!
Review: I have a new high end home theater system and this was the first music video I purchased. The sound quality is awesome when you turn up the volume. The video is razor sharp, except when the camera pans fast accross the stage. It's great to see this band up close. You will really appreciate the musicianship of Lindsey Buckingham on lead guitar. Also, Mick Fleetwood on drums, is clearly enjoying performing, sounds great and he's fun to watch! My father-in-law, who hates rock sat down when I put this on and watched the entire DVD. He loved it. Definately worth owning, you won't be dissapointed.

Summary: "The Dead"
Review: This DVD should have been called "TheDead".All the band members except Mick look like they are bored & uptight. Mick looks like he's awake. That's a step in the right direction. Do not buy this DVD if you are thinking about showing off your home theatre. The sound stinks. Buy this only if you are a Fleetwood Mac Fanatic.Sound engineers need to get thier act together so that the consumer has a standard that they can expect when purchasing DVD 5.1 as well as DTS.

Summary: Plain Deadly!
Review: The sound is great no matter what anyone says! I have this on all formats. Even the VHS sounds amazing! And even if you don't think the sound is that great, you would forget about it seconds into the first song! The back drop is amazing! When you hear their voices all together and them whaling on their instruments you realize that Fleetwood Mac is probably the best sounding band ever! Even if you weren't a Fleetwood Mac fan you would like this concert just for the talent of these musicians. Don't hesitate to buy it for one minute, you won't be disapointed I promise!
