Summary: Summarization......Track by Track
Review: Track 1: Intro...What's there to say about that.

Tracks 2-3: Recorded Live from California in 1997 2. "Ghost of Tom Joad" A great song...I don't recall it being on either of the first two albums, but still a great song. 3. "Vietnow" (Evil Empire) De La Rocha gets the crowd to help him sing this one.

Tracks 4-7: Recorded Live from some Festival in Europe in 1996 4. "People of the Sun" (Evil Empire) Good song. Intersting guitar solo by Tom Morello. 5. "Bulls on Parade" (Evil Empire) Arguably the best song on Evil Empire, and just as good here. 6. "Bullet in the Head" (Rage Against the Machine) The guitar solo sounds a bit different, but it just makes the song even better. 7. "Zapata's Blood" (??) Short ballad of some sort. Dunno what album (if any) it was on.

Tracks 8-10: Recorded Live from Reading in 1996 8. "Know Your Enemy" (Rage Against the Machine) Good song. Not much to say about it. 9. "Bombtrack" (Rage Against the Machine) The crowd is hyped from start to end. Popular song. Good song. 10. "Tire Me" (??) Dunno what album it was on. Not a great song.

Track 11: Recorded Live from the Netherlands in 1994 11. "Killing in the Name" (Rage Against the Machine) Introduced by an old lady, Rage rocks the house with this hit.

Tracks 12-17: Studio-Recorded Music Videos 12. "Killing in the Name" (Rage Against the Machine) Clips from a live show are blended with studio-produced music. Includes De La Rocha punching a security guard. 13. "Bullet in the Head" (Rage Against the Machine) This is video of them rehersing (and recording) in the studio. 14. "Freedom" (Rage Against the Machine) Song protesting the F.B.I.'s 'neutralization' of American Indian Movement leaders. 15. "Bulls on Parade" (Evil Empire) One of Rage's more popular songs. Lots of visual effects in this video. 16. "Memory of the Dead" (none) Poem by De La Rocha tying into the next song... 17. "People of the Sun" (Evil Empire) Song about the Zapatista movement in Mexico. Also lots of visual effects.

Track 18: End Credits. Duh.

Summary: THE LIVE RAGE EXPERIENCE
Review: The best way to hear RATM is LIVE!!! This video gives good footage, mostly from the Evil Empire Tour plus, my favorite, a kickass show back in 94! It also has all the videos from Killing in the Name up to people of the Sun. Don't be dissapointed over the lack of BOLA footage considering this was made Before it came out. Besides, Rage is planning a live album and video form The "Battle" shows. If your a HUGE rage fan your gonna want this. If you just want some live rage i'd wait for the new video to come out.

Summary: Come on, Please!
Review: This could have been so much better. The sound on the live tracks is not that good. I am a huge ratm fan so I had to own it good or bad, it is worth the money but seriously this could have been so much better. It includes no tracks from battle of LA, It is a must for rage fans but could have been so much better by waiting for some more material to put on there. I would have liked to see some other songs live but its like a settle for what you paid for thing. But worth the money

Summary: One of the Best Live Bands
Review: This video is probably one of the best live band videos your going to get. It shows the intensity and energy of Rage Against the Machine on stage, and is a MUST buy for ALL rage fans. I bought this cd in a store (Hot Topic) along with the single ghost of tom joad, and I believe it was cheaper, BUT if you can't find it anywhere. Definitely get it.

Summary: Pure EnerGy
Review: I have this in regular VHS, so I'm sure the DVD version is even better. The intensity of the music is unbeliveable and the political nature of the songs should (must) be appreciated by those of us that can see what is really happenning here in our country. I'm 55 and don't even like this kind of music, but will buy the DVD of this music.

Summary: Could have been better
Review: I am a huge R.A.T.M. fan. I love pretty much anything they do but I still believe this DVD was put together pretty poorly. The live recordings dont capture the power and the adrenaline rush you get from actually seeing the band live, and the sound on the live tracks is not very good. Also, Rage has a large arsenal of amazing songs yet this DVD repeats some songs twice instead of giving you a wider range of songs. One good thing is that you can view the lyrics to the songs as zack sings. If your a BIG rage fan you'll like it because its Rage, But in conclusion the DVD does not acurrately represent the band and the emotion level they play with live.

Summary: The Next Best Thing
Review: This Rage video is worth the price. It is the next best thing to an actual concert. I as a fan truly enjoyed watching this video. Also, there are many music videos on this video which I have never had the opportunity to see before. As an added incentive, there is a CD single The Ghost Of Tom Joad which is a cover of one of Bruce Sprinsteen's songs about the Grapes Of Wrath. The song is hard to find, and is a very good song.

Summary: A must see, for any Rage fan!
Review: If you're even thinking about ordering this DVD, just place the order, its great. I can assure you, you will have no regrets. Nuff said.
