Summary: A DVD with good music and photography
Review: Good music and pictures and some insights to the backgrounds into the history of the music which makes the DVD much more enjoyable. For example, a near death experience of one of the performers and how it affected his music. It is nice to see the love and friendship Santana has with his fellow musicians as shown in this DVD. All in all, a good CD but I wish it didn't have rap music on it because I always skip it but that's my personal musical taste.

Review: I attended this concert...it blew me away...Smooth was a fabulous song that got a lot of airplay as did Maria Maria but there are some many tunes on this tasty DVD that just smoke and ooze raw energy that you never get tired of it. Buy it or you'll never know true music nirvana.

Review: I have been watching and listening to this DVD all weekend. I am absolutely captivated. The more I watch it the more I like it. Guitar virtuoso Carlos Santana has combined his talents with young musicians of various genres to produce a truly outstanding DVD. The production quality is excellent, the music is great, the performances superb - you'll see a whole troup of talented performers. The opening number actually has Las Vegas style show girls and really sizzles. What a show! I loved it immediately. Santana sizzles too. Be prepared for some of the best guitar you've ever heard. This DVD is technically several notches above most DVDs and takes full advantage of all mediums. There are a lot of bonus materials, not the least of which are four music videos. These may be worth the price alone. Excellent. All considered, this is a masterful production. Top notch music and video and the bonus materials make it a complete DVD package worth buying. Will appeal to a wider audience than just Santana fans, but if you like Santana, definitely get it. This is a DVD worth having.

Review: I have seen Santana many times over the years. This DVD shows that over time, he has not missed a beat. The music is mostly the compositions from his Supernatural CD. I'll admit that I hate hip hop and rap. But, Santana has managed to incorporate both styles of music with his own to work very effectively. Watch out for the young bald, black drummer. He is really really bad. (Thats slang for great) The 5.1 DTS sound is the best sound option on this DVD. It is wide, spacious and invovling although the low end could have been a little more tighter and deeper. Otherwise, this DVD is a collector's item. Videos don't get much better than this one.

Review: I rented this thinking I may buy it. After watching I decided not to buy it. It is a mixed bag with Smooth being the best and the rest of it not that great. This one did not make my top 20 dvd concert collection.

Review: I watched this DVD in it's entirety for the first time this evening and I must say the magic is still there. The Santana Band was joined by a variety of singers and musicians making this an allstar engagement. The 5.1 soundtrack is awesome, incredibly clean with more than ample LFE. The video was crisp and clean, although I would not have included the widescreen shots. They were very grainy, but at 2-3 seconds per I can ignore that. Overall, an outstanding concert at the Pasadena Civic Center...
